Has anyone looked at the cafes yet to see if they kept the designs?

Donhall did rather force his artwork on every design he did which isn't really the idea. Bit like the lady on a previous serious who always designed her own wallpaper.

Y shed looks like they’ve kept theirs too.

Full of graze did not keep the chairs funnily enough 😂

I understand that editing is involved, but it felt to me as if just one contestant really asked about what the space would/wouldn't be for.
Half the contestants were substantially silent.

The team on the bench didn't work together. End of.

I'm looking forward to next week.

Can we predict who is going next week? We've not had a shock exit yet, imo, so are we lined up for one?

I only actually liked the Y Shed design this week. I did like bits of the Square Peg but it was all a bit busy when put together IMO. And Graze was just a mess.

I've just remembered that one of the IKEAS I have been to recently ha(s/d) a "mock-up" cafe as one of their room sets, complete with banquettes.

I'm still scratching my head about the small chairs (presumably the seats aren't designed for adult bottoms either).

Kiddy cafes are a "thing" round here, so I understand why that question was asked by Francesca.

Did they keep the benches which were far too big? Francesca really should have gone. She is in the final six of an interior design contest and still doesn't check measurements before building - I'm astounded that she gets away with it by "holding her hand up" to basic incompetence. She was the originator of the silly chairs as well.

Neither of them did well, a double firing would have been justified but the "mean girls" routine on the sofa should have seen Francesca out.

Domnall was equally mean on the sofa though. TBH, neither of them were finalists in my book so the order they go home in doesn't matter a whole lot.
