Where’s the other daughter and the Dad?

Dust catcher dried flowers, chicken wire etc horrid

I've just said how crap it looked. They had so many nice things that could have gone in that space instead.

grafittiartist · 04/03/2025 21:02

I just loved that house!! How beautiful.

teaandakitkat · 04/03/2025 21:04

I didn't like this end result. Still too cluttered for my taste, and too yellow. I wonder where they put all their clothes? And the pots and pans. They still didn't seem to have much storage

Ihavetoomuchtodo · 04/03/2025 21:05

It felt quite rushed? They all do this series for some reason.

Rummikub · 04/03/2025 21:06

Who’s Zoe sugg?

Great to have Dilly back.

I think one daughter was at uni, their Dad wasn't spoken of

Influencer

Made her name flogging shite to kids on YouTube, but is a Mum herself now

suburburban · 04/03/2025 21:09

Is she related to Joe Sugg or just coincidence

I wondered the same.

EineReiseDurchDieZeit · 04/03/2025 21:10

Yes @suburburban they are brother and sister

Meredusoleil · 04/03/2025 21:10

EineReiseDurchDieZeit · 04/03/2025 20:25

The older girl isn't helping the situation

Yes, I noticed this. She was nearly as bad as the mum!

suburburban · 04/03/2025 21:10

Yes thought so😀

Thisisthewayz · 04/03/2025 21:12

They seem to have chosen actual hoarders homes recently instead of just cluttered & messy/ disorganised homes. Think it makes it much harder.

Meredusoleil · 04/03/2025 21:13

Some of those china crockery sets were really nice though. I would have wanted to keep the ones that were all part of the same set and maybe stick to 2 big full sets altogether.

Then get rid of all the other odds and sods. What did the mum say about that yellow mug: was it from the millennium dome or something?!?

Rummikub · 04/03/2025 21:13

EineReiseDurchDieZeit · 04/03/2025 21:06

oh They didn’t mention dad at all. Only Nadine’s dad when he walked out when she was 17.

Ah ok the girls reaction makes sense then when they heard Zoe’s name.

EineReiseDurchDieZeit · 04/03/2025 21:15

Yes @Meredusoleil it was presumably a souvenir also known as random gift shop tat

Luckily I don’t have any souvenirs from my millennium dome visit otherwise I’d definitely keep
it!

I’m watching now and she’s really making things harder.

CandidFruit · 04/03/2025 21:30

I loved today's episode.
So nice to see Dilly back.
What a lot of stuff in that beautiful house!
In a family of multiple children (even adult children), there's always one who strives for a clutter free life isn't there.
Loved that Rob made Fleur a secret front room for her to invite her friends over - what a waste of such an incredible space it was before the clear out!

SleepEatSnoozeRepeat · 04/03/2025 22:08

All the way through tonight’s episode I was telling the eldest daughter to back off! So many times the mum was about to get rid of something awful and she would pipe up oh you must keep that! And telling the youngest daughter to keep things that she had given as a gift. The poor girl didn’t want it!
It must be very hard if you are a sentimental person, I can see that. I am not that sort of person. I like the way Dilly reasons with the family, understanding their feelings but ultimately, getting them to realise that the stuff is holding them back. She’s so good. I really hope this family keep the house nice, there were some really lovely things that deserve proper display.

Justleaveitblankthen · 04/03/2025 22:12

I'm afraid I fast forward through all the Stacey hugs (of which there are many 😬) and family story/tears😢 to cut to the clutter-warehouse-final result.

I would enjoy the camera on the before/after bit more.

Loved the young girl's room. Very cool!
