Yes, sorry, Stacey!

Not available to stream yet. Might have to wait for each episode to air on live TV first!

Yourethebeerthief · 03/04/2024 19:55

I've rewatched the entire series and now trying a programme on Netflix called Hack my Home. Can't get enough of these sorts of programmes 😁

Also really loved the latest episode of SYLO. Such a lovely family ❤️

She has a new prog wed 9 channel 4. Renovation prog.

When? My Channel 4 is showing Grand Designs at 9.

Rummikub · 03/04/2024 20:49

In my excitement I omitted lots of key info 🤦🏽‍♀️
It starts next wed.

EineReiseDurchDieZeit · 03/04/2024 20:56

I looked it up. Bricking It? Sounds great

EineReiseDurchDieZeit · 03/04/2024 21:15

There's been 6 SYLO's this series, there's usually 6, I'm sure it will be back.

Meredusoleil · 03/04/2024 21:53

The one on my TV Guide was called Stacey Solomon's Renovation Rescue (or something close to that). Starting next Wed 9th April at 9pm on Ch4!

Katherineryan1986 · 04/04/2024 17:36

A lovely family this time, I hope they are able to foster children.

One thing that confused me though was the sitting room - they had a new carpet and new sofas but I don’t recall anyone saying anything about them during the makeover, they just appeared.

Loved that Stacy kept the woman’s doll, I know what she meant when she said she couldn’t bear to leave it in the pile in the warehouse. I once threw a teddy in the bin and hardly slept all night worrying about how sad it would feel, and in the morning I got it out, washed it and put it back in the bedroom I was trying to clear. Soft toys and dolls have feelings !

Evenstar · 04/04/2024 18:12

The sofas were in boxes in the dining room I think, I presumed the carpet was worn out and had to be replaced, they showed just underlay on the floor at one point. Some of the stuff had belonged to the husband’s parents who had lived there before them.

Meredusoleil · 09/04/2024 21:38

Was last week's the last in the series now Stacey's new show is starting on the other channel?

CadyEastman · 09/04/2024 21:42

Yes I think the sofa was in cardboard boxes in the other room.

EndlesslyDistracted · 09/04/2024 21:43

Just watched last week’s, I think that was the best of the series. I love the way Stacey and Dilly this time too make their own life experiences and families part of it without being in the least bit “all about me”. What a lovely family and one of the best transformations, great work by Rob with the bedrooms. Not too sure about the ruffley pillow though.

Rummikub · 10/04/2024 18:10

Anyone else watching Stacey’s new prog tonight at 9 channel 4?

I may do. Or if not tonight, tomorrow on All4.

Absolutely loved the final episode. I was in tears all the way through. The mum reminded me of myself with my (young) DDs. I struggle to part with things due to the ‘memory’. DH is much more practical and our house is a good size and very (very!) organised so it isn’t like the one today but I could totally relate to her. She was such a lovely mum too. Loved the dad and girls also. Heartwarming.

Meredusoleil · 29/04/2024 19:12

Just a heads up that the show is on again tonight at 8pm on BBC1. Though not sure if it's a new episode or just a repeat 🤔

Yes. I recognised it from awhile ago 😕

Blueberrycreampie · 29/04/2024 20:18

Don't remember it but OMG how many fondu forks?!

Hepzibar · 29/04/2024 20:55

What an amazing view.

I can't see these managing to keep this up though.

Totaly agree re the view! At one point, it looked picture postcard perfect. Almost like a freeze frame from some kind of oil painting.

WGACA · 29/04/2024 23:13

I don’t remember this once either but I enjoyed watching it tonight.

Ulysees · 07/05/2024 23:19

Just read Dilly is in hospital. Had to have her stomach drained 😞
