The table rings a bell ! I think they took his phone out of his pocket and wiped it down and put it under one of the tables
I'm getting confused with pockets / tables
I'm wondering why they didn't access the voice mails to other phones : might not be doable ?
( I've no idea about any tech stuff )

They left his phone under a table as they were worried about it being traced and the police using it to locate his body.

I don’t understand why they are walking around the square with the murder weapon. It’s a meat fork, not a gun. If they broke it and put it in the canal, would it really be found? Or bring it to a metal recycling centre.

Dean is going to move to the US with £1050 to pay for four flights (he has to either buy returns or forwarding flights as can’t just land and declare he’s staying and use (what) remainder of the £1000 to pay a few months rent in New York. Noticed all EE are going to Australia or America since Brexit 🤣 Never mind that visas are needed too.

The biggest puzzle was why did Gloria call Cindy by the name Cindy? She’d only ever have known her as Rose. They’ve met once since she ‘died’? Gloria would have automatically called her Rose surely???

Whats Suki planning?

Other than the fact it would freak you out, surely the least suspicious thing to do would be to wash the meat thermometer and stick it back in the drawer. I mean we all have potential murder weapons in our houses... or I suppose it would match up exactly with the wound. But still its bound to turn up somewhere weird making it all the more suspicious. Who has it now? Kathy?

I mean the least suspicious thing to do would have been to immediately call an ambulance but you know what I mean.

When she asked Eve what would happen if Vinny had helped but not actually committed murder, she was probably thinking of herself because that's what she's done.
Eve then said he would get a more favourable treatment if he had something to bargain with...so in other words Suki is weighing up the option of dobbing the others or someone in I reckon.

They can match it up surely and will check restaurants and suspect’s houses?

Oh she definitely is going to blackmail. How though?

Jade's medical bills in America would be eye watering . Trying to get insurance for her with her medical history would be nigh on impossible .

Suki might be thinking of implicating Nish , she could say that she didn't want to drop him in it at the time as he was so ill and he;s still her husband ( though if anyone could make this seem feasible it's Suki )

I think she could get Vinnie on board ?

its more likely she will drop one of the other women in it to save herself. Probably blackmail one of the women with a ‘business’ so Sharon (although I don’t think she has anything left?), Linda (easy target, can say she was drunk/out of control, Denise for the salon. She hardly want Stacey’s bap van and wouldn’t risk losing Eve, Kathy doesn’t have anything left does she? Unless she wants Ian’s restaurant?

It would be so good to get Nish sent down for covering up the illegal burial. Even if they cannot blame him for killing Ken, he was the owner and in charge of the Cafe renovations

And he was No1 on my Christmas Corpse List so I feel cheated that he came out relitavely unscathed.
Him and Nugget , but Nugget is just a child albeit it a very annoying one

Didn't the six lie to the police that it was Ken who hit Nish (and not Denise?)
Nish will definitely be in the frame now his been found as the police think they had an argument.
Plus also being the owner of the cafe he'll have to be questioned about it and what he knew at the very least.
I've not seen him mentioned next week in the tv mag though

Yes The Six told police Ken hit Nish and ran off. Nish guessed that wasn't true but he seems to think Suki hit him? Can't remember if he went off that idea.

The illegal burial can't be pinned on Nish surely? He was unconscious then in hospital so I don't think there would have been an opportunity? I wonder where he is though, surely he's going to turn up.

When Suki asked Eve what would happen to Vinny if he was an accomplice to Nish, Eve replied that he could plea bargain. So what Suki is presumably thinking is that if the Six get found out, she can tell the police the truth and plea bargain herself out of a jail sentence. Suki didn't really do much, she just helped conceal the body, but she could give evidence against Linda and Denise.

Sharon could not overpower Keanu and then bury him on her own, so surely even the Walford police would realise others are involved.

There must be dna all over that tarpaulin and even on ken ( maybe) but probably be dismissed as circumstantial? Not sure how much can be detected on plastic.

My tv guide has a picture of a happy looking Linda and a scowling Dean , so I think her and Johnny will cook up a big fat lie about him and he'll end up in prison! Be happy days for everyone.
Wouldn't put it past Suki to stitch someone up either, but that would be sad as she's being nice lately ( well, nice ish)

won't it show up as a call though ?so his last call was to Bernie and they could trace it that way

True, did the police ever ask Bernie anything ?
Seems they didn't ( or not enough anyway !)

DNA on the tarpaulin could be explained by "Well, I put some rubbish in the skip , I know it's wrong but I didn't think Ian would mind too much . I had to pull the tarp back so yes I touched it"

I’ve watched a couple of the Real CSI programmes currently on BBC, and DNA has not necessarily been super useful particularly if the victim knew the killer. As 70s says, the tarp was on a skip, anyone could have touched it. The Six could all have touched Keanu during the ‘hitting Nish’ debacle.

Ian thought the tarp had been stolen , so maybe this will never come up anyway ( most items like that look the same)
He'd never see the body , so I doubt he'd even think anymore about it really , thinking about it.
All true regarding circumstantial evidence as they were all in the pub with Ken ( being held hostage they said !)

The call was actually to Karen, Karen shared the voicemail with Bernie

How did Karen forward a voicemail? I didn’t know you could do
that? Bernie and Felix were hitting the replay button constantly so it’s on her phone?

When Felix sad to take the phone to the police, Bernie said they’ve had it since Xmas which implied she was listening to it on Keanu’s phone which would be impossible.

Unless Karen left her phone with Bernie , can you forwards on voice mail recordings? I've never tried it myself.
Or maybe he did ring her up but it wasn't shown ( after she told Phil about the kidnapping plot)

I was thinking exactly the same, Suki would be the most likely person to stitch someone up.

But why would she do this now to one of the six? She's happy with Eve, has no axe really to grind with the others and they'd all hate her forever and maybe even Eve would break up with her over it.

I'm surprised Vinnie is not whining about losing money...as he seemed very money focussed before.

Suki is on a sticky wicket if she starts on Stacey : Eve is still married to her and very loyal !
I hope that Suki lets it drop, but it depends on what Sharon says and if they remember their original stories or not

Vinnie is a bit of a ' bit part ' with his clipboard.
Maybe his hoping the insurance may pay out or something? Do they have the clauses for dead bodies ?
Do they still have the pest control business?
Might come in handy once Keanu is removed !

Vinny is a bit part - he needs a nice juicy storyline and not to be Suki's lackey.

I don't think Suki will start on Stacey, I think she's seen that Stacey and Denise have beef (which could start again if things go tits up) and is happy to let that continue there. Suki knows if she starts on Stacey and Eve ends it with her that then her family will turn on her for betraying or whatever especially as they've been so understanding since she came out.

Is Karen coming back? Please, if only for a one off or two/three.

I've seen... that Ian Beale's actor Adam Woodyatt might be opening a business as a chef, he's been doing that on the side recently or when he was off last year, but looks like his real acting whatever business is in trouble so he may have to keep Ian going for a while. He loves cheffing and cooking though in real life.
