Dean was in and out and about nearly the whole time at one stage. Lurking around Linda .
He didn't speak to Ken at all , not that I recall anyway ?

I think Dean as well and they'll say he killed him because he hoped Linda would get the blame.

Yes the fork maybe planted he's stealing money from the charity just as the body was discovered etc etc.

Does he want Jade to sit in beans ? .. ;(

Planning to go to Pakistan all of a sudden ...

Dean was ringing around about living in America today : no idea what his up to , but seems all over the shop!

He's maybe planning on kidnapping Jade.he Is that unhinged.

Yeah, I did think he might try and kidnap her

But how? By which I mean she’s not a small child so he’d have a job forcing her to leave with him. Perhaps his plan is to take her on ‘holiday’ somewhere and then lose her passport. Ridiculous that he’s considering USA or Pakistan. Two countries where you can’t just rock up and live in without a proper visa etc. And realistically how easy would it really be for him to live in either country, particularly Pakistan, without any money or a job.

I'm hoping that Dean is framed for Ken's demise myself and Jade ends up with her mum!

There was a brief altercation in the cafe a couple of weeks before where Keanu called him a rapist. It did strike me as odd, but then his wife to be was best friends with the womsn he raped.

Dean is exceptionally weasely. He has stolen Ian's weasel crown for sure. Matt Di Angelo is doing a good job playing a weasely evil man who is completely narcissistic and baffled why people don't like him. It's a different EE kind of baddie to the usual dodgy east end gangsta, or the unhinged doctor/lawyer/priest types like Gray or Lucas

If you have a well paid professional career in EE you MUST be an evil murderer, which means if MN was EE, quite a lot of posters or their husbands would be murderers.

Someone must be leaving if a body is found. Would it be Dean though? It's a short contract if it is. Unless theres going to be another gone to prison by mistake storyline. I hate them with a passion.

Would Rocky take the blame for it possibly or was he already in prison? Blaming Nish?

Not been on here in ages. So yes would be a good cunning plan if Dean was framed for Ken’s murder. I did notice when Bernie and Felix were told he was murdered Sharon barely cried at all and the voicemail was the cherry on top evidence. I’m wondering which of the 6 will cave and mention the others as I think one will but unsure who? And how long would Jack really carry the can for Denise? They’re bound to divorce ultimately because he has a hold over her due to covering for her but does that mean she implicates him in some way, maybe him and Stacey, to get revenge on them both? So Stacey for the murder and Jack for covering up body and Stacey. I loved Cindy’s mean sideways look at George’s mum tonight, showed the Cindy of old. Would never have thought I’d say it but Cindy and Ian actually make a really good couple now. They play off each other well.

So it looks like Dean has suggested a holiday to New York to get jade to come with him and then plans to stay there

But as you all say, ridiculous considering she's a teenager who will not just accept this!

I agree that he'll be framed for Keanu murder and he was in the vic the night it kicked off.

I think Harvey will be his downfall with jade and I'm willing him on to clear Jeans name and get him!

Good point. If the number of murders/crimes in EE was averaged out across the population, most of us would be or living with murderers kidnappers or deranged psychopaths. Come to think of it.....

I need to rewatch the Thursday episode ( fell asleep , long week )

Loved it when Jack told Denice and Stacey that his team at work were expert at sniffing out lies ......................well he must've missed that In House Training Day , he's been living with a woman carrying a load of guilt and surrounded by 5 other people who know where the body is buried (literally)

70s ! Yes, I thought that was funny too.
Jack is a pretty useless detective and couldn't sniff out gone off food in his own fridge.

Re Phil, yes you're right if anyone knows how to dispose of a body, it’s Phil!

So the meat thermometer is still lingering around ‘well hidden’. Hopefully better hidden than the body.

I liked Jack’s scenes last night, he was being a useful human rather than the usual shouty toddler. Although as you say obviously missed the 'detecting' training!

I love the way people get instantly arrested when a piece of flimsy evidence turns up. Who next, I wonder. I thought there would be several before we get to Dean, but if he’s skipping off to the US next week they had better get a move on.

I fast forwarded the Creepy Pastor bits. EE seem overly keen on showing women being persecuted by men.

I didn't understand the bit about Keanu's phone yesterday. Can the police obtain evidence from a mobile without the actual device ? Can they access someone's cloud or however that works ?
Would they have already heard his voice mails
ages ago and discounted the one that Felix played back about Sharon ?
Felix said it takes time, but he was a 'wanted man ' over Christmas at one point? Until it was dropped!

I recall Sharon putting Keanu's phone back into his pocket after he died (or someone did )

I think it was a voice mail left on Bernies phone? or Karens?

It was Felix yesterday who suggested that the police may have accessed his phone messages , so why didn't they pick up on this one ?
I just wondered if the police can access data from phones without having the device ? I would think that they can ?
Would there be a record of his message to Bernie on his cloud or by other means etc?

Yes Felix said the police have had his phone since Christmas but it can take a long time to retrieve data so they may not have heard it. So presumably the police had access to Ken's sent message but did beggar all about it, then Bernie showed them her received message (?)

Sharon or one of them ( Kathy ? ) put his phone in his pocket after wiping it down after Linda liked him.
So they would have only just found it on him.
I just wondered how much you can hear on a cloud data ? If the police can access everything remotely ?
They have tech people working for them who can get access for such circumstances when they don't have the actual phone ?
My usual overthinking it all I suppose ! lol

They left it underneath the table so it's been with the police since Christmas I'm sure

The new evidence is a voice note Bernie had which she gave them. I'm sure felix mentioned they already had Ken's phone so it was worth her sharing the voice note

But there was so much going on, I may also have missed it!!
