Can someone tell me what the winning dish actually was? I caught the end to see who won, but no idea what it actually was!

It was basically beetroot in a wee tart. But so much more than that

His main was the lasagna

Glad it was Ben, just because of the "maggoty" aspect of Kirk's. In the presentation he seemed to have confused banquet with Bush Tucker trial.

@jay55 me neither, just happened to be changing channel a couple of minutes before 9pm and saw it on the schedule - if it had been on at 8 I’d have completely missed it too! Guessing they’re choosing the 4 courses Mon-Thurs and then showing the banquet on Fri?

I am relieved it's 9 tonight so can watch design masters first unlike last week.
