Harry deserved to win, he played a blinder.

This. Incredible strategies. The shield was genius. From the moment he managed to get Paul out he had my respect - brilliant playing.

Weird (but fascinating) how some viewers take a traitor playing a traitor as a bad thing.

WriterOfWrongs · 26/01/2024 23:00

I was hoping that when asked what he’d do with the money, Harry was going to say he was donating X % to a disability charity in honour of Mollie.

I do think there body language was incredibly uncomfortable.

I wonder if there’s rules where they aren’t allowed to donate the money in any way.

Why on earth would he do that? After playing so well and working so hard? And with a massive family?

catsareheroes · 26/01/2024 22:59

They have to vote for someone, if one person votes to banish again they have no choice

@catsareheroes but would you not think if Jaz was a traitor he would've voted to end game too as he knows he would've had it in the bag?!

Turkeyhen · 26/01/2024 23:02

It’s just so frustrating that Jaz KNEW but didn’t back himself and wasn’t prepared to do the necessary scheming to make alliances 😩

Magicmonster · 26/01/2024 23:02

@theexceliconisgreen thats exactly what I’ve been saying!!

@DarkRipePlum more just meaning how obvious it was that Mollie should've gone for Harry

catsareheroes · 26/01/2024 23:03

They didn't think he was a traitor. Mollie thought they were all faithfuls

Voting Jaz as a traitor doesn’t mean Harry or Mollie thought he was - but they have to put someone’s name down and Mollie trusted Harry more.

It was a suggestion. And if he’d done it, it would be because he genuinely felt bad about deceiving Mollie. It wouldn’t have had to be a large amount.

No. You’re not thinking from their perspective - you’re thinking from your knowledge of who was a traitor.

WingingItSince1973 · 26/01/2024 23:04

Just catching up with would I lie to you and Wilf is on it 😂

So it looks like the audience on Uncloaked watched it live before the podcast recording.

MothersofGorgons · 26/01/2024 23:04

But @WriterOfWrongs surely it's obvious Harry doesn't give a shit about Mollie.

NashvilleQueen · 26/01/2024 23:05

I would have loved Jaz to nail it in the end but, it was a great reveal especially as Mollie started to write Harry's name down and changed her mind.

Great series. Genuine drama.

NonPlayerCharacter · 26/01/2024 22:55

Ok, placemarking. Fuck you, Harry, Jaz is king, no Mollie and Harry are not friends and I am really pissed off. Thank you all and goodnight.

This 100%

GardenGnomic · 26/01/2024 23:05

I think there is something to Mollie's comments that 'deep down she knew' Harry was a traitor. All that 'I'll never forgive you of you turn out to be a traitor' stuff is a bit odd if you are sure they are not.

But she'd somehow completely forgotten they were playing a game.

RayonSunrise · 26/01/2024 23:05

It's a double edged sword being a good traitor in this game - you win, but you're revealed on a national stage as a lying untrustworthy shit who no-one should ever trust. 95k isn't a lot to carry that reputation around, unless you can make people so impressed with you they'll forgive anything...

WingingItSince1973 · 26/01/2024 23:05

Why should he feel bad about deceiving her, it’s a game she signed up for, he’s not in a boiler room scamming old people out of their life savings.

They didn't watch it live as the episode and the bonus ep were on BBC Sounds as soon as the final finished.

This is such a daft comment. They all sign up knowing they could end up being a traitor. It’s called playing the game. Nothing to do with their actual lives.

Bloody hell some of you lot are weird.

Hey, I’ve been saying for a while that he deserved to win and he’s playing a game.

I’m not saying he should have done that, just that I wondered. Because imo he did seem genuinely close to Mollie and felt some guilt.

MaggieFS · 26/01/2024 23:07

Well that went along the most predictable route. I don't begrudge Harry the win. It was a nice touch that Ed Gamble called Jaz the People's Champ on Uncloaked. It was frustrating that Jaz and Andrew didn't go for Harry earlier, but having seen Uncloaked I don't think they would have managed to get Evie on side which they would have needed. No idea why Jaz spoke to Mollie instead.

They went VERY gently on Mollie during that interview.
