I haven't watched it yet, but reading the comments, I'm thinking it's funny how characters on EE usually have super-human hearing and can overhear a low-voiced conversation across the crowded pub, yet nobody has heard all the yelling in the barrel store!

@Southeastdweller I seem to remember Nish going upstairs, Linda was in the kitchen drinking and said something like "you can't be up here".
Although him having the time to root around and find the weapon would be unlikely.

Was Dean hanging around the Vic that night? I'm probably wrong. On today's episode it is a pleasure to see Keanu again. He is very pleasing on the eye.

Watched the rest of it last night.

Can't recall exactly how it played out but I thought Stacey left the first time after she'd had words with Denise, who's being very restrained.

Is Keanu meant to be a ghost or just a hallucination from Denise? Denise (Diane Parish) is playing her character so well, soap opera award for her for best actress definitely. She does a haunted and paranoid look so well (she's a Scorpio IRL!). I'd love to see her in other things apart from EE. That's RADA training for you! Stacey does well interacting with her... but not as good an actress in my opinion. And isn't Linda slim?! I noticed that in her pink skirt! She does get awful clothes to wear by the costume dept tho.

Yep, can't say I don't mind seeing him pop up in cameos. Even though he/the actor is thick as pig shit!.

The Keanu actor Danny Walters was being interviewed last year on a morning programme and he comes across as very nice and personable.
I can imagine the RADA trained ones will be better actors , but he wasn't too bad as Ken and the character was always meant to be a bit dim, pretty boy type which he played well I thought as well as being some eye candy !
Not much of that around on the square

Steve McFadden also went to RADA and like Diane Parish, is generally excellent, but has had some unconvincing moments over the years.

Had no idea Steve McFadden went to RADA.

All of them are hardly Oscar/BAFTA worthy (sorry guys!) - but to me Diane has the edge. Maybe Keanu in a few years!

The only other part I've seen Steve Mc fadden in was one of the robbers in ' Buster' with Phil Collins in 1988 ! He went to RADA quite young apparently.
He really is very good as Phil ( I am a fan) but I do wonder if he'll ever play any other part !
It would be strange seeing him play someone else , but also fascinating

I haven't seen today's one yet , but I did read that Lucas phones Dee up at home and gets Jack !
What is he thinking? I hope that he just thinks that she isn't very well and doesn't let on about her killing someone..( even though she didn't kill Keanu )

I thought it was good today , makes a change from Stacey being the one with mental health issues and who can wonder at it given it's her necklace buried with someone who was killed and then they covered it up!
I know I'm in the minority though as most people think it's all a bit too silly
Nice to see Lucas though , he is one good looking man and it's Shame he is a baddie !

I think Lucas cooperated with Jack to put Chelsea’s dangerous ex behind bars so maybe he got the number then. It’s true though, everyone conveniently gets anyone’s contact details whenever they need them😂

Also when a character answers a call and says “mum?” in a shocked voice (or some other relative/close friend) when surely they would have their number and name stored in their mobile so why wouldn’t they know it was their mum/friend before answering.

Oh yes, Lucas is easy on the eye isn't he? The baddies often are <sigh>
Mind you, he also played Captain Periwinkle on the kids TV show Old Jack's Boat 😄

Just wanted to comment on the current EE storyline, and it's similarity to the Scottish play. Lady M goes to pieces, as she cannot live with her guilt, just like Denise, Linda and possibly Sharon. Of all the six women involved, I thought Stacey would be the one to go to pieces, as she has previous MH issues. but she is bearing up well, and is the strong link, whereas Suki is a control freak, and Kathy has become a nasty, bossy b*&%h atm.
A mention also, of the superb acting of Diane Parish playing Denise, I bet she has performed Shakespeare. Her tortured features in tonight's scenes were haunting.
