I've caught up on yesterday's Lauren is so shouty I totally forgot how shouty she was! and Sonia is such a busybody who can't keep her gob shut.

Lauren is annoying me so much already and seems even more of a misery than before.
Sonia is a nightmare
Yet it's Ben and Whitney who are leaving :(

That’s what I said the other day about Lauren. Sonia is a real shit stirrer who then acts like butter wouldn’t melt when she’s found out.

Today’s episode was farcical. As if the builder are not going to notice freshly laid concrete when they turn up tomorrow

They were there in the evening, weren’t they? So likely someone would have been seen coming in or out of the caff. Apart from anything else, if this ever comes to light, their phone activities would be examined and used against them (never use your phone to communicate illegal deeds!).

This bunch aren’t the sharpest tools in any box.

I was also wondering why they weren’t wearing gloves (at least locking the padlock) but then that’s contamination so probably no need.

All these secret phone calls, texts and meetings won't go unnoticed, esp by Eve who is actually extremely bright and will want to know where Suki and her handbags are off to !
They didn't wear gloves or anything , but they should consider a new jobs as landscapers !
They did a good job !

Even deleting those phone messages won't be enough for any forensics on their phones should the inept police of Walford actually discover that Ken is dead.

I know he pretended to kidnap Albie and was dim, but he was harmless in other ways, fit and a bit of eye candy , didn't rape or murder anyone or turn to drink or drugs , loved his mum and his child ( even though he wasn't his etc) and tried his best
He just wanted to be a good dad
Alfie looked like he'd lost weight I thought today
It was sad that Linda can't help him through his own crisis

He was strangling Sharon though @the80sweregreat so he wasn't that great!

It's on a downer atm isn't it? Sonia isn't pregnant, the six are a mess , Alfie is in remission , Sam is being a pain , George has questions over his history etc Dean is still there too :(
It's not a happy place just now.

That was hilarious. Like seasoned forensic scientists, nobody sick due to the smell or worry that the smell would cling to their hair or clothes. No dust and a perfect filled hole that they probably googled 'how to fill a body sized hole with cement'. Brilliant. 😂

Dh and I did raise our eyebrows at just how well they concreted over the corpse.
I do wonder when he'll be found in that cafe.
Maybe Nish will put things on hold now his agreed to a divorce ? No money to get the flats done , or planning is held up or some other reason ? Once those builders get in there then it's game over surely ?

Gutted that Ben is leaving too. The man that plays him is such a natural actor.

Today was nice with a bit of bantz over the marathon training and seeing a few people smiling. It's rare on EE

Definitely. That scene back at Kats when they were all chatting about Aunt Sal was so realistic and well played.

Especially Sam mentioning the caravan and who would get it.
I'm surprised that Kat didn't know her though ?
I'm sure she must have been in it when Kat was around at least once ?

Also Whitney suddenly 20 weeks pregnant. That was odd but guessing Sonia is going to get involved in that storyline

Indeed. The pregnancy test said 4+ weeks, but to go to 20 weeks is rather a jump!

The cafe burial scenes were ridiculous. Aside from the unbelievably professional-looking finish on the cement, how did nobody hear them all shouting at each other?!

So Whitney may get her longer for baby after all ! Would be nice for her to have some good news and actually be happy
