Oh it really is. It's amazing how much can happen in a sleepy town in 7 months isn't it!? It really hit me when they said "first christmas"!

But yes I really do enjoy watching it. I didnt think much happened in those 2 episodes though- very much more of a hallmark Christmas moment.

@TheCatfordCat It's utterly ridiculous but I can't stop watching it. It reminds me of Sunset Beach which was just as ludicrous.

I've just finished watching. That was so saccharine I'm surprised I have any teeth left. But I know I'll be watching S6.

The last few minutes was quite exciting.

I’ve just watched. Almost 2 hours of nothing. I had to laugh when Charmaine said she felt she’d been pregnant for years. I was like I KNOW!

Just watched with DD. Obviously you have to suspend your disbelief when watching. Aside from Charmaine’s elephantine pregnancy, We laughed out loud when Muriel seems to suggest to Cameron that she could have kids at this point in time but it is not for her... I think the writers need to go back to high school and retake Biology, bless them 😂

I honestly came here to say the same thing about Muriel. I think they've made her look younger in the last few episodes too.

Yes, S6 set up nicely for the greatest potential blindness story since ‘little house on the prairie’ plus Calvin being the twins Dad….utter tosh, but obviously we love it here 😂

It really did feel like a hallmark movie with almost everything working out perfectly for them all.

It’s over the top ridiculous now with the timeline but I won’t stop watching. I just can’t get over that in less than one year we’ve had 6 seasons. Also how quickly have Mel and Jack got together, all just over a year since the love of her life died too.

Suspend disbelief and watch with copious amounts of mulled wine…

who was looking after Mel’s ‘pony’ all day whilst they feasted at Jack’s bar?
who cooked all that food anyway?

why did Muriel and Cameron need to have the conversation about not starting a family…I mean that kindly.

Was Charmaine staying in the surgery overnight with the twins? If so, who on earth was staying with her, as Mel and Doc appeared to get on with their days? Did they just lock up and leave her there?

I can’t unsee Cameron and Muriel’s performance at the show…who knew Virgin River had its own theatre too?

Clearly a new season is on its way.

I need to see a map of Virgin River. In the beginning it seemed like a village with one bar and one doctor. But now there's a spa, a theatre and a beautiful modern house for Bree to rent.
And Charmaine doesn't seem to be getting very good medical care. Shouldn't her midwife be concerned that she's having contractions in a high risk twin pregnancy?
