I’ve been on these MAFS threads and I have to say the out and out foul language of calling Ella ‘Fella’ etc is just vile. If you want a conversation about trans go on another thread. SHE hasn’t stolen another woman’s place, SHE is entitled to try and find a relationship too. This should just be about whether a couple are suited or not. Just saying.

If you don't want to see the conversation about the transgender participant then you need to go on another thread.

But it’s not the point of the show! Last year we had a gay couple and a lesbian couple and we didn’t bang on about whether that was right. We just discussed whether they were suited. This trans talk is how people used to talk about gay people and it’s just wrong. Nathaniel went in it knowing Ella is trans so he’s ok with it so it’s not up for discussion in my opinion.

I KNEW I’d seen Peggy before - she was on Take Me Out. And she was spectacularly stupid.

@JaneJeffer no I don’t, I just think calling her Fella instead of her name Ella is wrong. There’s other comments too. You can say she’s annoying or loud or whatever else you think but when people keep going on about what she is rather than who she is, that’s wrong. That’s all I’m saying. Say whatever you want about her but digging about her being trans is just wrong.
