Following on from a similar thread about Friends quotes, I thought of start one about G&S.

What quotes do you regularly say from the show?

Here's some we (husband) say often:

When something happens that we don't expect "It's not what you expect when you go to [place] in the [time]."

"Oh my christ" to everything.

If husband is being annoying "You and me and going to fall out today Micheal"

These are the ones from top of my head.

I usually request a pint of wine when asked if I fancy a drink. And ‘I hadn’t got my hat, my tools, my cloak’ gets mentioned if one of us is taken by surprise in a situation (although not normally one involving sex to be fair).

Oh totally, every situation has a Gavin and Stacey quote!
Today's was "I am driving at the maximum speed limit of 70mph. If he doesn't like it he can move to Germany and drive on the autobahn"

All the time, massive Gavin & Stacey fans ....I got my DH a t shirt with Smithy's curry order on a few years ago 😊.

PS - does anyone else think the best G&S moment is when Pete punches Dave Coaches?? Did not see that one coming!

We always have the sharing/not sharing takeaway conversation a la Pamela and Smithy, and generally discuss the Christmas turkey Mick and Pete style.
Also, 'To be honest, I'm absolutely wankered' makes an appearance from time to time. Doris is my favourite.
