Chefs table has dwindled

Ok, I like chips with proper French-style mayonnaise and HP Sauce, both together. And obviously lashings of vinegar.

Yes. There is normally a roomful of chefs (and Gregg). This is a bit disappointing. Maybe it's one of those teeny-tiny restaurants with only two tables.

I’d like to have seen one of those chefs make a clear broth on their first day. Really annoying.

I think that's just in the profesh version? In the pleb version they just have a few chefs so as not to overwhelm the poor dears.

The bookcases are a weird design choice.

Mince that is in a solid block (eg sausagemeat, or minced beef in the new Sainsburys packaging) needs breaking up in the pan, the mince masher is a lot better than trying to use a wooden spoon.
