I didn't know those existed, but I want one! I push a skewer through the potato lengthways about 80% down and cut down to it, but I always worry I'm going to skewer my hand.

Gregg looks like he's been given that tie so he can get past the doorman in the restaurant.

I think he has it so no one accidentally mistakes him for a real chef. Real chefs don’t wear ties. ( because of the gravy, sorry sauce/ emulsion/ jus)
