I do enjoy Glow Up. I think Val and Dominic are very fair judges and give everyone constructive feedback, and they really know their stuff

There has been A LOT of shrieking and screaming so far but since starting to do some actual make up, things have calmed down. Not keen on the new host so far, she's very stiff and fake. Maybe it's nerves and she will settle in

Saphron absolutely has to win. If Roo wins it’ll be as bad as that guy no one remembers winning bake off a few season back.

I’ve rewatched. I felt for K a bit. As you say, he has more strings. He is gifted but I would have preferred to see him in 5 years time. Bless.

I did like the guest MUA this week, Hector Espinal. He had a very soothing voice and manner

Also loved the Brit awards clients all speaking up about what they didn't like. Especially the one who was telling the MUA to get a move on.

Roo is like the posh version of the scouse woman who did the sewn shut lips.

And a much better into to the industry than people just being a canvas for the MUAs every week. (We'd only need one "difficult" week to see how they sped.)

However, I suppose even if they were warned it could be destructive for people like Kieran (who has no confidence) and Roo (who is self-obsessed and attention-seeking) and who might crumble - I'd hate to see anyone "destroyed" whether I like them or not.

Roo should have been out this week. I'm interested to see what she will do in the final though.

Really want Saphron to win, she is professional, imaginative and doesn't make everything about herself. Agree Keiran is very likeable.

Agree that Saphron has to win - realistically, while Keiran is very likeable (we've really taken to him!), he doesn't have the skillset quite YET, but that's not to say he won't continue to improve.

Saphron has the full schtick - creativity, talent, expertise and, most importantly, the sort of personality and temperament needed to work in the industry.

Roo's irritating 'pick me' vibe, attempts to substitute a 'quirky' haircut for a personality and endless hand-wringing get on my tits.

And Axel (I had to look his name up!) is rather unforgettable, unfortunately, even though he seems a talented and charming man.

No spoilers but I thought that was a really good final. Thought they all did brilliantly in the final task, surprisingly well actually

I really won't miss trying to work out just what the blue fuck Leomie is wearing and why every week 🙄

I just watched it on iplayer and agree the right person won. They all did really well in their presentations but the winner definitely had the edge on the others.

We've just lost Kieran - I wasn't surprised, his effort was very amateurish compared to the others. I think he'll do well though - just needs experience.

They are definitely all bringing their A game though.

Roo's clothes are comparatively normal today.

Axel's mum and dad don't lookalike the sort of people who would christen their son "Axel". (I liked them)

Saphron's mum and sister were lovely (I liked them)

Roo's flatmate and mum seemed . . . distant (Not sure about them - I felt a bit sorry for her).

The right one won!
