Yes they're all rubbish apart from Marnie, I think it was unnecessary to say those things to Victoria but it showed that even though she was on the winning team every single week and won her task as PM, the interviews exposed her lack of business sense, she really did not have a clue.

They are.

Victoria's 'business' was quickly got rid of after she exited the programme, which was obviously just a stepping stone to more reality TV and other opportunities, and increasing her followers.
Her Instagram profile is telling, and then her posts about how 'business boss babes' dress 😀

She's been briefed to play the bitch boss character and she's doing it badly. If that were the real her, it's hard to imagine her rising through so many ranks in such a male dominant industry. I'm sure she's had to be tough but I really don't believe she's been demanding the Baroness title be used by all but her closest friends. They've all been calling her Karren throughout the process!

It's the formula that's at fault here, I think. It needs to move with the times a bit and go back to finding people interested in their business and not their social media profile.

But as a PP said, we're still watching and talking about it. I'd just hate for ratings to drop and it to be cancelled rather than just get fixed before that happens.

yes you could see she was barely holding it together and close to tears and rhey still humiliated her further.

if we had any manager who behaved like the did in interview it would be their last interview, I can assure you.

what makes me squirm is the whole show is about the capability of the candidates but when it’s the interviewers turn to show their ability they behave like mean bullies.

We have all seen incapable and poor performance by candidates. But few of them have behaved quite as poorly or as unprofessionally as the interviewers.

I was willing Victoria to turn around and say "fuck you Alan!"

Victoria, and many of the others were just there for entertainment. Sugar was never giving Victoria 250k to open sweetie kiosks and as they get the business plans in advance they knew full well rhe errors in them.

the issue is Victoria didn’t seem to know that , she clearly thought she had a chance. if you think about the whole premise it is really cunty . They know who the winner is before they even film the first episode . The rest is just making a show and none of the candidates stand a chance. The decision was made long before.

I disagree that it was ever a serious business proposition and she dropped it immediately. It was clearly a platform to celebrity, going on the show.

I don’t like Karren Brady. She always criticises everything the contestants do and she looks at them like she’s sucked a lemon. She not a great ambassador for successful women.

What has happened to all the innovative small business owners that are genuinely interested in getting a leg up from Lord Sugar? Hair salons, cake shops and Pick and Mix aren’t going to set the world alight. Why would anyone invest in this crap?

At least Marnie appears to be passionate about her business. Karen has been turned into a pantomime dame. Tim is the only credible person on that show. It’s pure theatre.

They don't need to set the world alight, they just need to be profitable and give a return on investment. Hair salons have a lot of potential, you can start product lines based on them.

I'm bored with cakes and sweets though.

Just watching her doing the interviews on The Apprentice. What a total caricature!!

It's 'entertainment' and as such exaggerated for viewing figures. The bar was set low this year with the quality of business plans. They all reminded me of dogs - not as in the insult but that actual animals.

Rochelle - King Charles spaniel
Marnie - Alsatian
Meghan - Jack Russell
Dani - Chocolate Labrador & and also the lipstick Gremlin!

It wouldn't surprise me if Victoria made a lot of money following the show.

Maybe, maybe not, she doesn't have a great deal to offer other than her looks, I don't mean that in a horible way it's just fact, she might get a modelling contract but head over to instagram and you'll find hundreds of women who have exactly the same look as her and it's getting boring now, but if she does make some money then good for her.

They're definitely not real. They've been overfilled to look like sausages and have lost all shape and definition. She might get the filler dissolved now, so at least she can do something about it.

Another one of the final contestants has trout lips, but I can't remember the name.

I've had a look on Victoria's instagram she has a lot of followers. No idea if that was due to the show but she also has a link to her sweet shop which I think is quite cool. I like her brand name and the design of the boxes. We've ordered pick and mix style sweets before online because of the presentation. I know you could get pick and mix from anywhere in a tub but I like the themes they do.

As for the girls looks. Yeah I agree they have gone a bit ott with makeup and Botox but I also have a dd that age range and she does the same. She's beautiful without it all but it boosts her self esteem so I don't say anything. I know she will change as she matures. I certainly never used to leave the house without full face and red lipstick! I'm 50 now and if my eyebrows are ok then I don't care anymore 😂
