Karren was fine. The reason why they cried infront of her was because they valued her opinion over the other ones who were also interviewing. In no way was she being a bitch to them.

Some members of HoL have provided a useful check. I don't recall Baroness Brady being one of them. I also wonder just how many successful businesses she has started from scratch.

Maybe, but there were several ways that she could have clearly and matter-of-factly said it without deliberately going all mean girl.

I've met and worked for Alan Sugar and he's actually a really nice bloke . Not at all arrogant or patronising in real life and is really amiable and friendly.

Most I knew (I had a job for a while that involved mixing with a lot) would not have dreamt of even mentioning their title much less behaving how Karen did.

All those business plans were so poor it must be difficult not to be angry but the whole only my friends call me Karen bit was just bullying really doing a power trip.

They're all bullies and out to show them all how dreadful their business plans are, but to be honest the contestants are really just kids wanting to step into a 'big role' so would t expect anything g else!

What I thought was very disappointing was how she was trying to show she's 'better' than them personally with the Belgravia comment and the baroness thing.... very disappointing

Yes they're all rubbish apart from Marnie, I think it was unnecessary to say those things to Victoria but it showed that even though she was on the winning team every single week and won her task as PM, the interviews exposed her lack of business sense, she really did not have a clue.

Yes, absolutely. You would think that, by being given a title in the first place, it should be a signifier of how highly you are already regarded, and the title is thus just a small token of that.

Having to tell people your title is like like the celeb version of "Don't you know who I am?!" People who were on Big Brother 15 years ago or some local radio presenter use it all the time; the likes of Elton John and Adele never have to (even if they were minded to do so).
