I did a chicken pie with leftover roast chicken tonight, and roasted some carrots & broccoli to go with. Was delicious.

Evening! I had an eclectic mix of pulled pork, carrot sticks with hummus, and jalapeño poppers…

I had mashed sweet potato with a boil in the bag cod in sauce that I found at the bottom of the freezer. Was quite nice.
