I used to love Faking It, not sure why it stopped being made. The ones with the Cornish clog dancer turned street dancer and the classical musician turned club DJ were my absolute favourites and I still go back and rewatch them now.

What TV programme would you like to see brought back?

Oh yes The Lakes was brilliant. I’ve never found anywhere to watch it since.

FruHagen · 07/10/2022 21:26

The Clothes Show

Holby city. Absolutely gutted when they cancelled it.

illbeinthegarden · 07/10/2022 21:32

I loved At Home with the Braithwaite's watched some on YouTube not long ago!

JemimaTab · 07/10/2022 21:37

Does anyone remember Service? It’s quite a few years ago now but it was about teaching young people about the restaurant service business, with Michel Roux Jr and Fred Sirieix. I liked it and think it would be worth another series.

NoOnKnows · 07/10/2022 21:39

The House of Elliott. Loved that series.

Imnotswallowingthat · 07/10/2022 21:41

Auf Wiedersehen Pet

You Bet

MandyMotherOfBrian · 07/10/2022 21:51

I agree that it’s almost impossible for some to return, TV shows are of their time so often…..which leads me to….

The Big Time

Brilliant, but the format wouldn’t work anymore now we’ve had things like XFactor etc

ilovepixie · 07/10/2022 21:52

There was a programme called Lost where 4 groups of 2 people were dumped in another country somewhere and had to get back to Big Ben without spending any money. It was brilliant.
Also a programmed maybe called sacked. A person started a job and had to be sacked in the shortest time possible. It was very funny.

I loved that show. It was really interesting. Plus love MRJ he was very informative.

@greenbirdsong I also miss Holby.

FeralWitch · 07/10/2022 22:00

I loved Faking It!

I also loved Would Like To Meet, where they sorted people out for a first date and spied on them in a surveillance van; and She’s Gotta Have It, a shopping/clothes type show with Liza Tarbuck.

And bring back The Clothes Show!

Vapeyvapevape · 07/10/2022 22:01

No one else seems to remember A Sharp Intake of Breath with David Jason - I'd love to watch it again.

SecretVictoria · 07/10/2022 22:02

Goodnight Sweetheart - they could have continued this as there was a lot of story left to tell.

Night Fever with Suggs.

Harry Hills TV Burp.

Snog, Marry, Avoid.

FeralWitch · 07/10/2022 22:05

I used to like Night Fever! Is that one that Barry from Eastenders was always on?

Ooh, and Eurotrash. I used to love watching that after the pub on a Friday night.

PersianStar · 07/10/2022 22:06
