Soaps can't win though can they? Everyone moaning that the Summer and the Abi stories have been going on too long. If they skipped over them that wouldn't be right either and irl Abi would still be crying every day after what happened to her. And eating disorders and A Levels are both quite consuming events.

I prefer the 30 mins episodes now, perhaps they should go back to 3 a week

I agree that Craig's acting was very, erm, lacklustre.

The Craig actor needs to find another job, drama is not his forte.

But they stretch out the tedious stuff that could be dealt with in a few episodes and zip through interesting storylines.

The guy who plays Craig would make a better policeman than actor, and that is really saying something, because he would be a dreadful policeman.
Ooooh what if Imran have an unknown heart condition and they have to check the baby for it, and it turns out Alfie isn't his.

I think Craig should have a friend who is an omnipresent paramedic. If Roy or Dr Gadass had been on the scene there would have been more hope. Maybe dr ali could return as a paramedic.
Exam stress, eating disorders, diabetes being orphaned and adopted by a silly vicar are all good ideas, but just too much for one person. I think the drama becomes melodrama at times.

I think the actor who plays Craig was cast for his looks rather than his acting ability.
He was supposed to be the slightly gormless lad doted on by Beth.
Didnt Abi make it clear that she and Kevin hadnt had sex for months prior to Alfies conception?
