Did I miss a bit? One minute they were leaving the police station and the next thing the car had crashed. Did it show the actual crash?

No it didn’t … whether it’s to do with Kevin taking that part out .

I'm so confused...

I thought Mondays episode started with police arresting someone. But it could have been Abi or Imran. Then (I assumed) it showed us what happened in the lead up to the arrest.

But today's episode made it feel like that won't happen.

Unless Toyah did report Abi before the crash.

Oh... just thought. Could Leanne report Kevin for the car thing. Maybe he's gonna get arrested.

No he took something out that meant it wouldn’t start (my mechanic husband says it was a relay - electrical part of something). He must have put it back or Imran wouldn’t have been able to start it.

Abbie looked a bit guilty/worried when Kevin told her Imran had said he wasn’t going to report her. I think she must have done something?

If Imran is dead, I hope Charlie de Melo’s next role is in a comedy. He’s a good actor, but I’m not sure I can cope with his sad-eyed ‘I never meant to hurt you’ look anymore.

On another note, Kevin looks more and more like Roland Rat in every episode.

Im sick of seeing Abi weep too. It’s like they’ve seen she’s good at it so they have her gulping with grief every other episode!

Kevin looks like a wizened old monkey to me. He and Abi would never get together in reality. All they’ve got in common is fixing cars. He’d have a nervous breakdown over what she puts him through!

Kevin resembles a bad tempered budgie, he's got a beaky top lip.

Kevin is getting more monkey like every minute, he is so scruffy looking too. He actually looks like he sleeps rough, even when their wedding was coming up he didn't have a decent haircut or a proper shave. or a good wash.

I agree on Abi's new teeth. They're so oversized in her mouth that she can barely close her lips together. And we're meant to believe that someone who's had a long term drug habit and lived a hard life whereby her kids have been taken from her, can have a £10k smile? Nevermind the mechanic with a perfect manicure

She probably took her tooth funds from the same magic money pot she used to buy two fake passports and tickets to Costa Rica. You have to wonder why she didn’t use it to pay for her lawyer instead of Kelly having to step in…

Toyah was a right cow wanting to go to the police even after Imran said they'd done enough to Abi already. All the ranting about how dare she take our Alfie away when Abi is his mum.

It was always going to be a short story line though. Who'd have two children with such similar sounding names?

Agreed. Toyah is as bad as Imran, although no-one really comes out of this particularly well.

Toyah was meant to be frightened (although happy to lwace her sister looking after a baby in a restaurant where she was meant to be working!). But it was a bit of a swing round for “must look after Abi and understand her” Toyah. Toyah has been really silly in her quest to be a mother though. Thinking she was including Abi in the ceremony by sitting her up front while Toyah played the mum role!

Toyah is possibly not the best counsellor around, she has an empathy deficit. But Imran really shouldn't have done the bold thing with abi.
I used to work woth a woman who had a daughter called Jess. She did a lot of short term fostering of babies. She went on to adopt one who was called Jessica, when she was a toddler .

Did they something about getting Elsie back? Where has she gone?

Elsie went back to a different foster place when Toyah screamed at Imran in the adoption meeting (because he’d slept with abi) and they split up! But now they’re married and solid again they seem to be being allowed to adopt her again!!

Yes, that did stretch credibility more than a little. I know social services are traditionally portrayed as pretty inept in soapland, but surely there would have been at least a bit of investigation before ‘Oh well, they’re married now, they can adopt her after all’.
