I don't think she is in trouble at work beyond sleeping with the husband of her boss!

Hostile environment......it's not that easy!

I don't like Christie but he gave Hannah some happiness when he came back. He's a bachelor...I can't imagine him being in a family like Nathan with kids etc...

Kate was weird manipulative and controlling..you need to do this and that...like using her occupation to manipulate Nathan...

Although they both cheated...think Nathan realised it too late that he wanted to be with Hannah...she saw him Panic and realised she'd have to be the grown up and her telling him to move on and giving him strength helped him...sweet but sad too...you could tell they'd always be best friends...

Both characters grew by the end of it..weird that people have to be much nicer after divorce....maybe marriage should be called divorce and vice versa...

Think Zander felt humiliated that's why he didn't tell Nina...

Zander said something like Tyler wouldn't look directly in the camera in photos so didn't have any of him. However at the end of series 2 didn't they take pics...Nina must have some of him with her in the photo booth...

One of the best series in quite a while, and I'm a little bit sad that I binged....... Plenty of plot holes as mentioned previously, no way would Hannah have turned up to the book launch, no way would Kate have been at Nathan's first mid-week overnighter with the fam, how could Ronnie hang about after the wedding was called off etc. etc. Though I'm sad if this really is the end, I definitely didn't get closure!

I love the series, but thought this was weaker than S1 and 2. Still hope they make a 4th series!

I didn’t buy the character of Kate. Would any woman really stay with Nathan when it was so obvious he was uncomfortable with the relationship, the baby and never told her he loved her back?

I had a hard time believing that Kate was only 40, she looked a lot older than that. Did anyone know that Nina was buying a place with Tyler? Zander knew they were sleeping together but I thought the rest was secret.

The actress playing Kate is 41.

This is the actress who plays the daughter Liv - so stunning - they obviously stuck on those stoner-effect eye bags!

It amazes me that their outfits manage to look immaculate at midnight, having been put on at 6am and done a whole day at the office! Loved this series though. I get that Kate was put in to highlight that the theory of family life differs wildly from the reality as she is neither married nor has children, but I found her naivete around dealing with teenagers rather grating. Nathan will end up the worst off in all this, having to do the baby years all over again, paying another set of school fees and dealing with a teenager in his sixties.

When you're buying a property, don't you transfer money to a solicitor not the vendor direct?

I also think they would have some sort of contract together protecting their assets. You dont just shove £250k in an unknown bank account

I'm thinking Nina was so desperate for love and commitment that she forgot the first rule of protecting yourself. Also Hannah was distracted with Nathan, Ruth distracted with Ronnie and obviously the heartbreak over James so that meant that no one was looking out for Nina to the usual degree.
Anyone else hate Tyler from the start? He was never good enough for Zander who, just like Nina, only saw a charmer who said all the right things.

Ugh. I am so cross at the ending.

I love the shiny escapism of it all: have a family lawyer friend who is a partner - and her life is nothing like this, it is completely bonkers. But well dressed bonkers. That coat! I am a primary school teacher so look at those lovely work clothes with awe.

I really thought/ hoped they would get back together. The baby is not insurmountable. They are rich enough for Nathan to pay very generous support, be involved in the baby’s life… I don’t see how they were broken? And Nathan saying he was ‘sad’: the writing did not seem coherent. He tells Kate he still loves Hannah. He tells Hannah he still loves Hannah. We all know he still loves Hannah. So why is he with annoying Kate?

Grrr. (I may have overly invested in this.)

I loved the properties especially the mews house. I could see myself and my cars happily living there. I also wonder which hotel Christie was staying in?

The news was gorgeous but my god did you see the wedges Kate was wearing when she climbed on her bike!? Totally impractical for cycling 🤣

He tells Kate he still loves Hannah. He tells Hannah he still loves Hannah. We all know he still loves Hannah. So why is he with annoying Kate?

Yes I think that message was made obvious to the viewers - lots of loving looks and vibes between Nathan and Hannah. It leaves things open for series 4 (I think) to tie things up and get closure.

Hannah knew. But Hannah didn't know Ruth and Christy were doing the digging on him, they had no reason to tell her of course. And no reason to tell Nina.

I mean, the idea that an adult lawyer can't manage their own life and need "looking out for" is preposterous!

I'm watching it from the start again. Hannah just seems so detached all of the time.
