I love Phil too , but even the actor must be a bit fed up with the rolling in and out of prison storylines and love interests on a loop etc plus his been in it forever now too ( with breaks)

I'd love to see Richard Blackwood back, but doesn't the video show him being shot in the head? Hard to come back from that, even by Eastenders' interpretation of mortality. Plus, I think he's said that he loves working on Hollyoaks and wouldn't go back to 'stenders. Shame.

I can't imagine Phil is leaving at all & surely there's no evidence against him? He took his own child on a trip to the seaside & what physical evidence is there to connect him to Vincent's murder? Even the fake Vincent didn't say he'd seen Phil.
