I watched it. I find it all a bit disingenuous that it’s suggested they do it all themselves just using the pie business as support. I also feel very sorry for the people living in the attached house.

Yes per person it's not outrageously extravagant but I'm not sure that many families with only 1 parent working ft would have 5-7k to spend on presents unless their job was very well paid which they have previously claimed the pie shop job isnt
But they obviously have additional income from TV and youtube/instagram

After watching the US equivalent it is clear there's a lot that could be going on that is not touched upon.

I will simply never get over their ages when he got her pregnant. No amount of pretending they are a happy family and everything is great will ever make the situation right or acceptable in my opinion.

It all seemed a bit phoney and made up for the camera. No way they would leave present shopping that late, if they do they are quite silly because they have so many to buy for.

Most of their income is presumably from YouTube/tv work now.

No they do have 22 children, 21 living. 7 grandchildren as well, according to Wikipedia!

Yep. I can't watch them, they are dreadful people and useless parents

Rarely and usually on tv, never on their vlogs.

Same here. I just can't look past it. No amount of they stayed together and had more babies makes it ok, infact it just makes it even worse.

That's an awful lot of money of presents! Surely buying Christmas and birthday presents for so many is a full time job in itself!

This must be the Duggar Family in Arkansas, USA. Their eldest son has just been found guilty of not very nice things, and I think there is a lot more going on than we realise.

I loved it, no judging from me. I was laughing so much at the huge block of cheese that lasts a week.
I love all the Christmas specials.
