Its absolutely disgusting how they don't pass on clothes to the younger ones, or prams for that matter. The landfill from their home alone must be astronomical. Bad enough having that many kids but to throw everything away instead or reusing it makes my blood boil. All those plastic toys for example. Selfish fuckers🤬

winterpastasalad · 26/12/2022 16:19

The change in them over the last 10 years has been phenomenal. They used to rummage through the bargain bins in Primark to go on their camping holidays, now it's all designer stuff and long haul holidays every other month. Their outright lying and smuggery doesn't help either.

BedknobsNoBroomsticks · 27/12/2022 06:55

It's the lying and pretending that they are something else is what annoys me the most.

They are touted as this hard working family who don't claim benefits and rely solely on the pie shop/bakery to find their extravagant lifestyle and that's far from the truth.

happySaturdays · 28/12/2022 12:43

It annoys me the focus is always on under 5s and any new babies

Never the over 18s (around 7 kids now) and how they're setting up homes, education and careers, then making their ways in the world. In my opinion this stage is where the success or failure of parenting really starts becoming apparent. And where support is needed for mental health, interview prep, life skills, house keeping etc. this is much much more interesting then endless clone kids being born

Do any of the older kids have jobs

@happySaturdaysthese massive families always focus on the babies, once they get to a certain age they lose interest in them. I think for a lot of these women the addiction is about having a newborn. There was a very sad clip where one of the Radford boys spoke about each new baby replacing one of the older children, but that the parents would never forget them. He was about 8 but spoke as if he'd been put on the shelf years earlier and he understood that.

bottleofbeer · 29/12/2022 16:52

I looked yesterday at their YouTube channel. They're rapidly losing people. They used to get hundreds of comments within an hour. Not so much now.

TheDuchessOfMN · 29/12/2022 17:01

Most people were probably only interested in their pregnancy announcements and new babies.

They’ve done the trips to Florida, NY, Paris, X Infinity. It’s getting boring. I have no idea how they will keep creating new content for viewers.

Some of them work in the pie shop, and I think others maybe in the local power station? Katie allegedly works in a nursery (although seems to be on every outing they go on, so can't be working too many hours).

winterpastasalad · 29/12/2022 20:16

@JustKeepSlimming the 'nursery' is probably the Radford house, Noel awarded Katie NVQ Level 3 to keep the adult to child ratio safe 🤣.

😂😂😂

Yet seems having all their siblings doesn't stop them from having their own

Would def make me not want lots of kids

I have had a look at their holidays.
This year alone they have been to
Disney Florida twice,
France,
Maldives,
New York,
Disney Paris.
That's not including the multiple trips to Legoland and trips in the motorhome.

And numerous trips to Alton towers Inc staying in their hotels which aren't cheap, same with Legoland hotels.

Apologies for DM link. I genuinely don't think Sue can see the irony of declaring no-spend January from her own pool. For me, no spend January means making our money stretch as far as possible and hoping the weather warms up a wee bit so I can turn the heating down!
Not thinking 'might give Disneyland a miss this month'!

I used to like them but they really are so so far removed from the normal family they once were. Everything is about promoting their brand, the family. No way did a pie company pay for 11 luxury holidays in 12 months.

TheOinkySplit · 03/01/2023 20:18

No spend January? What a joke 😂 she can't seem to go a week without buying some sort of furniture, clothes or dogs. Maybe she'll just cut back on the kids food portions even more, that'll save them a couple of quid.

MeMyBooksAndMyCats · 03/01/2023 23:31

😂 they are so far detached from reality, it may be no spend January but guaranteed in February she & Noel or the kids will be jetting off to the Bahamas!
