Well I’m afraid that unless Corrie pull some absolutely bloody amazing old style writing and acting out of the bag for Friday evening it will be my last episode. There is nothing about current Corrie that resembles the Corrie I know and love so I’m calling it a day.

I really enjoyed it tonight, and Daisy looks lovely without make up.

Not sure why they sang the first verse of Winter Wonderland three times, I guess no-one knows any other part.

They also didn't do enough gloarias in Ding Dong Merrily on High!

Just realised I spelt that wrong, I was looking at it thinking that doesn't look right and it must be with having the same on the end but it should have been glorias 🙄🤦🏻‍♀️

I felt like that about Eldorado. So bad, it was brilliant.

I loved ElDorado, it was fabulous. Also Triangle, Angels and Cedar Tree because im ancient.

I have stopped watching about ten times over the past few years - I often last a good while but then I hear about an interesting storyline and start watching again. This time it was Seb and Nina’s attack, previously it was Geoff and Yasmin.

I’m about to give up again now though!

I’ll keep tabs on this thread and you guys can let me know whether it’s worth dipping back in again or not. I gave up eastenders a few months ago and not missing that at all.

I don’t know how fiz can claim to have put “far more” than £15k into that house. As far as I know she wasn’t paying anything on the mortgage. She says she spent money making it a home. But it was already a home before she moved in and the decor hasn’t even changed. I think some of the wall paper might be the same stuff that Gary and Judy had up!

I quit EastEnders nearly 4 years ago and Hollyoaks 2 and a half years ago but can't seem to give up Corrie and Emmerdale

They’re relying heavily on Tyrones sense of guilt. Phil could legitimately say the line “thank goodness your ex cheated on you- I couldn’t afford this house otherwise”

She could have been a strong single mother, but they have kept her whining away. It must be frustrating for actors who see potential for the character they play.

I really hoped this was the route they'd do down! I've been single for 9 of DS1s 17 years. It's fucking brilliant. I'm awesome. (I'm not but I like to pretend)
