I thought Karim was a pretty good dancer and I'd like to see him in an All Stars series. He wouldn't be my top pick to see back (that would be Jill Halfpenny) but he wouldn't be on my "aargh" list either.

I tried very hard to warm to Karim but he just did my nut in and I couldn't get past it.

I've been rewatching a lot of Danny Mac this season, especially that samba. He was so bloody good.

I watch that samba about once a week during Strictly season. It's bloody lovely.

Karim made the do not darken the All Stars list for the high nuisance factors. Tom Chambers would also make the No list for the same reason.

Haven't really considered a full and definitive list of Dream All Stars but the 4 I listed would be on it.

Ed Balls Gangnam was actually amazing and deserves more status, but it was a one off wonder really

I also loved Tom Chambers and Camilla Dallerup.

When I suggested up thread that she would have to cry about having nothing to cry about I forgot that the poor woman comes from Blackburn. That's a very good reason for real tears.

Me and my DC were literally only talking last night about AJ returning home to film at some point - we must have been psychic! They were taking the piss out of me saying that if I saw them, I would chase after them to get a photo as a Strictly groupie (they weren't wrong ). Turns out they have were at Ewood Park which is literally down the road from me and I didn't know!

@Claymorekick call me a six fingered Dingle if you makes you feel better. Living in the shadow of Deadwood you need to grab any joy you can 😉

I'm close to Blackburn and all of my mums family grew up and still live there!
However I do not like the place much (sorry claymorekick)

I may live near it but none of us are Rovers fans - in fact DH is a Dingles fan so he hates the place!

Still gutted I missed seeing them - more so for missing old/young man Kai

Ah it's nice to see some fellow East Lancashire people on this thread! I'm a Preston fan but grew up surrounded by Burnley and Blackburn fans.

I love AJ. It'll be interesting seeing her filming in Blackburn.

be two of us! Actually there are loads of Southern born or based Clarets - Burnley is the sort of town that lots of people. escape from leave but remain very loyal to.

@Runningupthecurtains you are probably correct in that theory as I know 2 seperate Clarets who have both lived in Cumbria for a long time! I'd choose Cumbria over Burnley any time

AJ's couples choice is going to be a slow, funky, sexy flirt that builds up to a climax with Kai, then?! Am up for that! Rose's paso is a weird musical choice for me even with the drama of this version but trust Gio knows what he's doing. It has grown on me already (hadn't heard it before). Tilly's samba might go well if she can style it out - I expect Nikita in Pasha's tight silver astronaut troos (rumba with Caroline) and a bare naked chest. With a bit of renegading and being hoisted up at the end (okay, I admit it - had already choreoed a routine to this in my head but with Astronaut Aljaz and a bit of David Blaine trickery) I was thrilled when DWTS used it but no levitating so threw popcorn at the screen Crikey, they really are desperado to get rid of Dan now, eh?! Desperado Dan even I amuse myself Fuck that sabotage, am voting for him now just to be contrary Looking forward to J20's tango but would have preferred smouldering sexy than angry passion. Frankie and Kevin did a lovely one to it (I watched it just the other week when looking for not so obvious old routines) It will be good to see Rhys do a slow number. Make or break time. I do love the song.
