I don’t know for sure, but I’ve heard rumours that Carrie has a new boyfriend in the new series And Just Like That. Not sure when it’s out. I know Big vs Aidan was a contentious issue, but I was always team Big, love him.

Same. I never got why all of these wealthy men were lining-up for her.

Certainly, she was attractive but not drop-dead gorgeous. She wasn’t particularly bright/worldly/interesting. The shrieking was just bizarre.

In a city full of 20-something models, surely Big, The Russian etc would have had their choice of women?

Natasha was perfect for Big- beautiful, came from a monied family, much younger than him so that’s she’d find him interesting for quite a while, seemed happy to have a WASP-y life of fundraisers and networking between summers in the Hamptons.

Even Aidan. He was a catch. Two successful businesses. No baggage in terms of ex-wives and kids. Wanted to settle down and have a family- he was like the unicorn Charlotte spent her life chasing.

I notice that in a lot of dramas. The “star” gets to keep their kit on… It’s also a feature of Series 2 of anything. If series 1 is popular and gets renewed, then the female characters get to have a bit more leverage and refuse the gratuitous sex scenes (thank goodness).

Aidan and Carrie had nothing in common. It shoulda been meeeee !!!!!

Oh, I’m sure you’re right, but I think I’d have tried to vary the look by camisoles, tightly-wrapped/artfully arranged sheets etc.

Yes, that really drove me mad when she went to Paris and in the trailer for And Just Like That, she's still doing it! Why does she think it's cute?

I don’t think Aidan would have done for Charlotte at all. She was Upper East Side all the way. Aidan was a downtown sorta guy. She really wanted a WASP (Trey) before she found true love with Harry.

Exactly! She was very manipulative in how she got him to propose. He seemed happy to stay dating and have a sexual relationship- would have made much more sense to do that.

Looking back, I think Carrie was incredibly melodramatic and rude to diss Berger's opera and posh French dinner for McDonalds. I think it was a massive overreaction considering her penthouse suite, no job and unlimited funds.
