There are lots of little incidents that are red flags for coercive control.
I do think she was daft to go round there and confront him, unless she was recording it.

As she used the butter daily, she eventually started to use her knife instead of the spoon, showing she was breaking away from him I guess.

She needs a good friend - I hope the one she stayed with last night turns out to be her support.

I hope the last episode clears it all up and doesn't leave us up in the air!

My husband at first would be half watching and half working in his laptop and would now and again China in, really he did that and then to do his impression of Ed's wide eyes expression that he does every single scene he is in. Hahahaha.

And would now and again chime in*

My OH has seen bits when I've been catching up on a Monday and he's been 'working' from home. He pretends that it's crap but then sits down and watches the rest of the episode and has deep conversations with me about it

I thought this weeks episode was really disappointing and dull again. I'm not really sure how it can all get wrapped up in one more episode without it feeling massively rushed.

It might not even ' end '.
It might be a cliffhanger ending for another series !

Not sure where the house is but it’s on ruddy great road with a double decker bus going down it.

The house is in Mill Hill. I drive past it quite a lot.

If you know London a bit then the locations in this are a bit odd. The petrol station is in Finsbury Park which on a good day is at least a 45 minute drive. Haven't yet worked out where the pub on the river is.

I'm having to suspend my sense of location and just give in to artistic licence.

I think another series is on the cards. I recorded it and when I went to watch it back noticed it said Series 1 / Episode 5.

I've given up. Feel angry that I have wasted those hours of my life. I am re watching Dr Foster instead. So much better.

It always says series one, even if there is only one series.

Yes Dr Foster was ace.

She took the bank statements dated Halloween. She was trying to prove he brought the petrol for the fire, which the cctv would have confirmed.
