I was distracted during it because it is so slow so I might have missed this…Why were the police there at the end? Who called them? And was it Ed on the phone telling her to get out?

You got me thinking.

I know nothing but, could she have dissociative identity disorder?
Is the PI one of her personalities?
Is Angela Black one of her personalities?
Is she a bit cold, flat and wooden because she's medicated - either prescribed or being "fed" them by the husband, unbeknown to her?
And, as others have said, Eastgate (or whatever name she said) is the name of the place where she was treated in the past.

Despite the grim topic, and aren't they always, I am gripped.
