Well - I shall be watching but still can't get over Bill & Oti doing that rap song - but equally can't get over Shirley saying at 55 how can you do this - my husband is 60 and does triathlons , now he can't dance , love him as I do I have to say that , but he is fit and healthy , so if you can dance 55 is no age to do that.

I think Aj is brilliant but as long as she does not screech , I think J&J are good - but let us see , & I think Rose is lovely

To be fair, the BBC can’t really have a show that very openly breaks up marriages & causes a great deal of pain to the ones being cheated on. I mean, it happens still but Sean & Katya were the first ones caught on camera with no deny-ability.

Yes, I think this plus a greater awareness of the long term impact of these reality shows (love island probably being the worst, though I’ve never watched it!) means they’ve needed to sharpen up a bit.

Songs are up guys. Having been lukewarm about Adam, I am absolutely excited about his AT as Tango in the night is a song I used to fantasise about dancing to nerd. This could be his week?

Yes ppeat - I did complain about them, hypocritical baggage that I am.

I used to get sick of Arlene's obsession with sexual chemistry (it's only now I realise how right she was to say that the couples need at least chemistry) - but I did like her constructive criticism.

And Darcey was too nice and waffles - I felt she didn't give enough solid advice.

But you know what they say "you don't know what you've got till it's gone."
