Couldn’t believe Claudius outfit of all the lovely choices she could have from the wardrobe dept and she chooses a sparkly tweed jacket and cycle shorts!! She really needs a fashion intervention, ASAP
Glad Graziano stayed in but Judy was very flat footed and there was very little dance content.

Claudia looked like she was in Rita Fairclough's special going out cardigan and a pair of cycling shorts.

This made me lol. I don't watch Corrie anymore but I know exactly what you mean. Rita had a good selection of those sparkly cardis!

Kai is fab, but his teeth really bug me. Sooo white at the front, but when he does a big smile you can see the very unwhite teeth behind.

Judi was more entertaining than Katie, but I thought Katie danced better. Still, she clearly didn't have public support for whatever reason, so maybe better to cut her off now rather than see her in yet another danceoff.

The singer tonight was dreadful, but the pro dance to it (was it Jowita and Cameron?) was gorgeous.

They should have done a paso, with the Dalmatian's skin as the cape.

I think neither Judi or Katie were good dancers. But the likelihood was that if they didn't send Katie home this week she would just have ended up in the bottom 2 every week. Also, I don't want to get controversial but one wonders if someone has had a word with the judges and pointed out that if both of the first two contestants sent home were POC the show would cop flack for it.

That thought crossed my mind as well, that if Judy left, there will be an outcry of racism.

Claudia looked like she was wearing snazzy pjs.

Katie had 3 hours training a day?! Why bother signing up? Seriously? Why not wait til next year & make you sure you properly negotiate time off work to do it..

I know many celebs still work around Strictly (& funnily enough, those who don’t have too tend to win or be the ones in the final .. more hours to train & improve) but 3 hours is bonkers.

Bill Bailey - no major work commitments

Kelvin Fletcher - no major work commitments
Stacey Dooley - no major work commitments .. that year in particular - Joe Sugg, Faye Tozer & Ashley Roberts - they were all training for like 12 hours a day, none of them worked during Strictly..

Not sure about Joe McFadden but Ore - as above. Jay McGuiness, as above.

I know it's totally unPC by 21st century standards but one of my favourite musicals. Happy memories of watching it with Mum when I was a child and of DS falling off the sofa (not injured, he bounces well) trying to dance along to that scene when he was about 3.

It was a very odd arrangement of what is usually a gorgeous song and performer. Very odd indeed.

Joe McFadden was shockingly killed off from Holby in a show broadcast half way through his Strictly run I think, so although it wasn't public knowledge at the time he knew he was going to have the time free.

After a frantic weekend I'm finally sitting down to watch Saturday with a glass of red and some mackerel pate on toast.
Enjoyed Judi's number, she's not the best dancer and she's not going to be staying as far as Virtual Blackpool, but I can see why they wanted her to stay over the profoundly unmemorable Katie.

I stuck out literally three bars of that abomination that Dan was doing. I realised that something was probably going wrong if they were trying to do a foxtrot to a waltz, but never in my worst nightmares did I imagine anything so horrible. WTAF did Tchaikovsky ever do to them? I literally fast forwarded through. I gather I didn't miss much on the dancing either. A shame because Nadiya is a perfect Aurora.

I really like Judi so gutted she was in the dance off but very glad she stayed!

Couldn't warm to Katie at all so not bothered that she has gone. Hope it's Robert, Rhys or Tilly out next - ideally one of the men given 2 women have gone already!

Boo... that's me out of my Sweepstake - and I run the bloody thing! Probably the right choice, for all the reasons mentioned.

For what it's worth, I'd always much rather watch someone who is loving the dahnce over technical perfection (not that Katie was very proficient but Judi is having much more fun). And like some others, I really like Graziano and think it's a bit of a shame he's unlikely to get too much further - they have good chemistry and seem to enjoy each others company, from what little I have seen outside the main show.

Come on, that is ridiculous. I'm black but if Judy had gone it wouldn't cross my mind it had anything to do with racism. Why are you lot making so much of this?. FFS, talk about taking the shine off Judy dancing her socks off in the dance-off. I thought Cruella was very uninspiring. Now I hear she only practiced 3 hours a day, so what did she (or anyone) expect?

No, but one of them put emotion and energy onto their dance and one didn't. One danced and one just put all the steps in the right order. Judy was absolutely the right choice to stay.

Agreed. It's insulting and actually racist to say she stayed because she's a 'POC'. 🤔
