The series that I can't stop watching even though the storylines are literally incredible. Anyone else clocked Olly for the new lab male totty? How can they possibly manage without Clarissa or someone else in her job?

I can't believe I got drawn in again!! Why does Niki always end up in life threatening situations??

And why did she have to go and get the dna swap from the mass murderer when 2 minutes later they stated that they had the dna profiles of all prisoners...

Because Niki listens to NO ONE....ever...never...we are watching the second part because well, you can't leave half way...but I might sack it off after this.

The University shooting they’re referring to was (I think) the scariest Silent Witness to date. I still think about it sometimes now.

It is very silly though. I miss Clarissa too.

It was! It was one my ed and I always talk about as it was so tense. Is the actor with the long hair the same person who played the shooter? He does look familiar.

Not sure about this series, though have only watched the first episode as when the second one was on I'd had a general anaesthetic earlier that day and was still a bit out of it.

I've also been watching them from the beginning on iplayer!

Somehow it didn't ring true for me that Sam would give up her career-and her son still went to prison anyway!

I watched from the start - I love spotting people playing different characters, like the prison governor from this weeks episodes.

Sam's son popped up as someone else too 😂

Not as many as Ruth Gemmell though from a series reg to reappearing a couple of times as different people

I am finding it a bit flat with just Nikki and Jack working at the Lyle Centre. They really need a head and a third forensic role in my opinion.

So confused but then I drifted off part way through. Keep saying I will sack it off but will probably watch again next week.

Why is the Lyle always so empty? I feel like surely they asking to be attacked in there as they let anyone in and never any other staff around. How they manage without a reeptionist, admin, cleaners and assistant pathologists is amazing!!

I was looking forward to the new series but found episode 1 a bit dull.
