Me too. Turkey was one of our favourite holidays back in the days. Fond memories of a lady on the beach that made the most amazing gözleme.

Is flour, water and salt that bad for a dough? That's how I'd make a roti (with a bit of oil).

It doesn't seem to be unduly favouring Kem... just knows feta exists.
