Is anyone up to date on RHOBH? I can't believe these women (except Sutton and Garcelle) are so scared of Erica that they seem to be giving her a pass on this?

I have to say that given how much money Lisa Rinna has, why on earth did she have Erika invest in her cosmetics range. I don't believe it was for altruistic reasons. Was Erika wanting to launder some money?

I have to say that I really liked Erika much like I liked Lisa Vanderpump. I did not particularly enjoy watching the Lisa's fall from grace, much like I am not enjoying watching the Erika's. The only person I thoroughly enjoyed watching getting her just desserts (or rather her house burning down) was Camille Grammer!

Sutton - bizarrely agree with every word she has said about this.
Crystal - has gone strangely silent.
Dorrit - assume she is worried about her own tricky/messy recent money woes.
Kyle - desperate to be liked and not be seen as bad friend
Garcelle - think is cowed but tries to open things up every now and then.
Hamlin (whose name I have spectacularly forgotten!) just bizarre reaction given her ‘quest for the truth’ with eg Denise Richards wtc.
Kathy - ‘let me sweep this up with a bbq brush’.
Agog at how much Erika is allowing to be filmed/discussed. Blimey Timsley left NY Tongo to Chicago - can’t believe Erika hasn’t called it a day. Her attempts at providing reasons and defences are not compelling.

Both Lisa and Erika have denied any investment - who knows what the truth is

When Lisa appeared on Watch What Happens Live With Andy Cohen on August 11, she put a certain scuttlebutt to rest. During the After Show, a viewer had written in to ask: "Are you not making Erika own it [this season] because she invested in your makeup line?" 
Lisa hopped on that opportunity to make a firm announcement. "[Erika] did not invest in [Rinna Beauty], let's get that really straight right now." She continued: "That was a very terrible rumor. I mean, I would never borrow money from anybody. I have a partner that I'm in business with, Erika did not give me a dime. And by the way, I would never borrow money from a friend. Don't ever borrow money from a friend — don't ever get into business with a friend!"

What is so special about Erica?

That faux voice and the nasty threats when she wants to…. I suspect she’s really a very unkind person.

She comes across to me as someone who has been terribly hurt and mistreated in her past and she has made an inner vow to never be vulnerable and out of control again.

This has led her to have a larger than average capacity to ‘suck stuff up’ in exchange for money, power and privilege. And why we have seen how quick she can be to be very vicious to gain control of situations.

I think she thought her and Tom could manipulate their way out of this situation and use ROBH to spin her ‘I knew nothing’ story. But it’s so much bigger. I am sure when she says she is scared she really is. It’s her worst nightmare - being out of control without money, power and privilege to protect her - come to fruition.

I'm so glad to see others feeling the same. I thought maybe I was being hard hearted not feeling sorry for her but glad to see others feel the same.

Totally agree with what others have said about how Denise and LVP were treated totally thrown to the wolves over minor things. I always disliked Rinna but this whole saga has intensified this much further. She's probably my least favourite out of all the Real Housewives franchise.

I really can’t believe the last few days re: Erika Jayne. She does seem very hard nosed, it is all an act?? I don’t know how she is able to film knowing what is going on in her life. If it was me , l would be a wreck. I would of definitely had a nervous breakdown. Not unless she is very lucky, more than likely she’s going to prison, or am l being too dramatic?? Do you think Tom would escape prison because he has/may have alzheimers/dementia.

I am not keen on Dorit. I do think, that she is very silly to call Garcelle a bully. Dorit is gutless.what does she contribute to the show?

I like Dorit now and didn't in previously. Also find Lisa funny. The Tom Giradi case is horrific when you see the detail.

It's the contradictions. One minute he's a mean, controlling, manipulative, ace lawyer who would never let her leave with a penny of his money. She had to leave in the middle of the night and barely took anything (apart from some champagne glasses it would appear ! )

The next he's hospitalised with Dementia, barely knows his own name and has been declining since the car accident three years ago.

Don't even get me started on the inconsistencies about the accident. He was found by her unconscious one minute but called her to get help the next.

Why on earth she agreed to film this all I will never know. The prosecution must be really happy at least I guess !

Absolutely concur.

What I find curious is that she knows how RHOBH works and knows only to well that if tell someone something in confidence, it doesn't stay a secret. With this in mind, it just seems odd that she tells different versions of events. Or maybe it isn't, because she's fabricating the 'truth' and as we all know, there's only one version of the truth. This alone casts complete doubt over the validity of anything that comes out of her mouth.
