And Kylie went to look for the missing woman and said I'll be back to Louis who had just declared he loved her and next time we saw her she was handing Fletch his phone and the lady was never mentioned or I wasn't concentrating as usual and this was all mentioned

They did mention the lady the Kyle went for. She had a ruptured spleen and was on her way to St James' for surgery.

Also what happened to the doctor who was doing Ange's procedure? Chloe said 'he's losing a lot of blood' but they then just cracked on with delivering the twins and he was never mentioned again. Is he still quietly bleeding to death on the floor?

How did no debris get on/in Ange?! Ridiculous that Hanssen was standing there as though he had barely stubbed a toe. At least Chloe resigned weeks ago and was working out her notice instead of an immediate resignation followed by apparently taking all the leave she is owed in lieu of notice, as usually happens! Glad to see the back of Cameron and I’m glad it was left ‘messy’ for Bernie. I would have liked for Hanssen to be more explicit at the end about understanding how she felt because of Fredrick - without that context, his suggestion that she come back to work at the hospital her son caused such carnage in sounds really tone-deaf (more recent viewers might not know the backstory or understand why he came back to Holby after what Fredrick did). I loved Guy Henry’s delivery when Hanssen told Chloe to go and see to Ange, though - that instant switch from being frightened for himself to being a calm, quietly authoritative figure for someone else was so spot on for the character.

She made a comment about "typical men" etc and Ange's toyboy was weird to her about it but wouldn't explain. She asked Louis who told her he was trans and she kinda went "ah OK, that's fine, I was worried it was something bad" and walked off whilst he smiled wistfully after her.

It would have been too chaotic to have shoe-, horned in a storyline for Jac etc. I thought it worked well as just the four threads - HH, Ange, Jenni and Cam.

It was Mrs Nelson with the ruptured spleen. Prone to wandering.

I thought they said the doctor was knocked out and Ange was bleeding out not the doctor

Ah, OK - that would make more sense, wouldn't it? They still seem to have just left him there though!

I was just impressed at the size of the head when Chloe pulled out the baby. She's what, 20odd weeks?

I thought that!! It was like a bowling ball. 'Newborn' babies on TV are usually bigger than my 14-year-old!

It looked fairly small when held by Josh (is the father called Josh?)
