I can't quite believe the end is nigh

We are just waiting for a call to see if there is a bed for DH to go into hospital and will therefore be in hospital tomorrow. If he does I'll be in a dilemma as we've always watched it together but I don't think I'll be able to avoid spoilers

Just got home from dropping him off now and he's said he hasn't actually got a bed yet

Oh dear @WhatICallMyUsername, I hope he didn't spend the night sitting in a chair.

He got a bed about 10pm thankfully although didn't get much sleep. He was supposed to be first on the list and they've prepped two other people by mistake so he's not happy!

I'm going to switch off my phone so I'm not disturbed while I'm watching tonight but I'll be here as soon as I've stopped crying. I'm genuinely surprised at how hard it's hitting me that it's ending.

I am going to try and watch it "live" tonight...but if not just wanted to say thank you everyone and the OP for these threads .

They have been one of the highlights of my week ....along with the episodes !!

I am still in denial and think they are going to reverse their stupid decision.

Feels a bit odd that everyone is being so normal and getting on with stuff. I was kind of expecting a slightly more surreal episode.
