Thinking about Kirsty's funeral - she had parents didn't she? Why was Tyrone responsible for organising the funeral (and paying for it!)?

Poor Gail - her kids are all so demanding, and her mother is really useless - I was very cross with Audrey's shenanigans in the hospital scenes.

I thought Audrey was going to invite Gail to stay with her for a bit, but no, no one ever gets past her front door.

So Gail is once again leaving weatherfield? After going to the trouble of buying her house back she’s just going to walk away and let the mob have it? Helen worth must have realised what a shitshow it’s become and wants out.

It wasn’t that long ago that Gail had that extended trip to Thailand, was it. She’s acting like she never left the street.

Sarah didn’t seem particularly concerned about her mum having a heart attack “right, I’m back off to work” no wonder Gail wants out, ungrateful wretches the lot of them.

I thought they did the football thing very well. I don’t know much about the game but compared to Rugby it is much more difficult to be gay. Nice to see Aggie back for 5 and not screeching at anyone.

They have always treated Audrey like some put upon relation. When she said “call me Mam” I thought she was doing David to call her Mam one last time case she died. Why doesn’t he call her Mum??

There hasn't been a dementia storyline since mike Baldwin so it's long overdue.

@Templetreebloom yes I think that too regarding Ty and fizz. They'll prob have a moment of passion and want to get back together then fizz finds out about the pregnancy then dumps him and Ty will get the boot from Alina too. That's my guess anyway.

Tyrone said her mother was dead and her father untraceable.

I know Fiz said they should sort out joint custody, but unless there’s going to be a battle, I don’t see any reason to kill off Kirsty. Surely the only point is that it makes it into a straight battle between Fiz and Tyrone, with no possibility of the biological mother making an 11th-hour appearance. Maybe they asked Natalie Gumede back and she turned them down?
