Wasn’t Kirsty’s dad a retired policeman? Not sure if I’m remembering it right. But if so, of course the authorities would be able to locate him. They must be sending his pension somewhere, after all. It’s just a plot device to get Tyrone involved, for some reason.

I was had expecting that builders lorry to reverse and get her on the cobbles. Why is she looking so smug? While Rita was at the bank did she steal all her banking details?

I was expecting Sharon to grab the cash and run or to snatch Rita's handbag. I took that ending, where she squared her shoulders and stepped out with a determined smile, to mean there is hope of redemption and a resolve to live a better life. At least I hope so - and that's the end of the drugs storylines.

I hope Fizz doesn't take Ty back. She does careworn, exhausted, downtrodden Mum so well. And the Street needs at least one of those at all times.

And are we saying tata to Daisy? Jenny'll have to accept the investment from Ronnie now won't she?
