Yes, Terese is my favourite too. Do you think Jesse is still playing them?

On David, I find it hard to connect with him because the relationship/friendship between him, Aaron and Nic was never convincing since the pregnancy. They seem to be blaming Chloe for the whole thing out of desperation!

KatieKat88 · 25/08/2021 12:50

@NemesiaPinkLagoon yep I think so. Of course this will never occur to Harlow and Co Grin

MiddleClassProblem · 25/08/2021 20:49

What the hell is up with all the Ramsey st oldies today? Why do they think Melanie having an affair should be such big news? Or the reason she’s not getting work? Surely it’s a well know fact that women of a certain age are frequently overlooked.

Clawdy · 25/08/2021 21:51

All the silly whispering and shocked faces tonight - it got so boring. And the Amy-Ned-Levi thing is beyond ridiculous.

It's another non story and Hendrix was being as bad as them
MiddleClassProblem · 26/08/2021 00:01

Hendrix was just being a nosey teen, plus he goes out with someone who makes mountains out of molehills all the time. The others are adult adults.
It’s not very rational to decide to dig on someone’s partner due to them not putting everything on their CV and then associate with an affair you heard about, and then decide they must be told. It doesn’t have a massive impact on their relationship… If she had an affair with a previous boss who was also married, how does that affect Toadie? If Karl thinks she might have an affair with a new boss because she has hooked up with two bosses, then surely that implies that he thinks he is capable of another affair.

Which Susan was also hinting was the logic of his argument.

I dislike your use of the term 'oldie' The behaviour is out of character for those concerned. Blame the script writers who are obviously trying to be 'funny'
NemesiaPinkLagoon · 26/08/2021 07:30

I did think it was quite funny the way they were all interacting and sharing the gossip, and I like Hendrix with Karl and Susan. There were some good little Kennedy moments after all the Brennan angst of the last few eps!

But I agree it was a stupid thing to get all worried about and haven't they all had dubious relationships / made bad choices in the past anyway, why the judgement?

MiddleClassProblem · 26/08/2021 08:42

Apologies @bunnybuggs if it offend you. It was meant light hearted.

I’m not blaming the characters because they are fictitious beings Confused

EBearhug · 26/08/2021 17:39

Quite surprised Melanie didn't bounce into the coffee shop as Susan was talking to Anna Buke about her.

AuntLydiasNewHairdo · 27/08/2021 18:39

Quill Jr is sooo playing them.

Clawdy · 27/08/2021 18:54

Ooh, do you think so? That will be interesting!

TomBradysLeftKneecap · 27/08/2021 21:03

So, Harlow straight out of school is now challenging Chloe for her job? And Mackenzie, also straight out of school, is apparently the Queen of the CV. DO NOT GET OLDER IN RAMSEY STREET IF YOU"RE A WOMAN! SORRY< MY CAP LOCKS JUST LOCKED AND WON"T COME OFF!

woodhill · 27/08/2021 22:20

David has taken a leaf out of Peter Barlow's book being shrouded in a blanket

Yes silly with Harlow. Obviously uni is very part time and unimportant Confused

Clawdy · 27/08/2021 22:26

Haha, yes I thought of Peter B and his blanket! He needs a jigsaw too. Grin

woodhill · 29/08/2021 15:24

😁

Rummikub · 29/08/2021 23:01

Levi is a lot more likeable with this storyline.
I missed the blow up about Mel. But it doesn’t sound like a big thing?

Dontlickthetrolley · 30/08/2021 19:49

Did anyone listen to the Scott Mills 35th Neighbours Anniversary on radio 2 today?

They had Anne Chalston, Ian Smith, Jason and Kylie on a 4 way call and by the time they played Angry Anderson I thought I might cry and Especially for you nearly tipped me over the edge Blush

Clawdy · 30/08/2021 20:06

Aw, sounds lovely!

Clawdy · 30/08/2021 20:07

It is just SO boring at the moment.

No, roughly what time did this happen and I could listen on catch up thanks
Rummikub · 30/08/2021 20:38

I caught the tail end
Was it about 430?

Dontlickthetrolley · 30/08/2021 21:36

It was a whole show between 3 and 5? But they were on from about 4.15 I think. Was driving so not taking too much notice!

He kept saying it was happening but I didn't believe him til Anne said Hello!!

woodhill · 30/08/2021 21:55

Thanks
