a) In the last year, she lost her own baby, got divorced (with Nicolette being half the reason that her and Pierce broke up) with "the boys" giving her terrible advice, has a terminal illness, lost her Mum, got together with her Mum's carer that "the boys" insisted was hired even though Chloe didn't want her to be, got together with her Mum's Crazy carer on the night she died, had to listen to "the boys" tell her what to do at all times as they'd knocked up crazy woman on a drunken whim.

Yes which is why she shouldn't have got involved with Nicolette. She knew Nic was in love with her and should have known that it was bound to get messy seeing as she is carrying David & Aaron's baby.

I think they take them out the credits so that you don't know if they're coming back. If they are still in the credits then you know they're staying

Chloe should steer clear of both Nicolette and Leo. I really liked her and Leo together, and can't stand manipulative Nicolette, but she needs time to be single and do her own thing.

David is terrible, he just can't do angry very well

I don't think anyone is covering themselves in glory right now! Except Therese, she's obviously struggling with everything brought up by Jesse and Paul's general antics and is trying to balance everything. She's my favourite character.
