I thought that Anna's son looked older than his sister! Bit of bad casting there

Enjoying this. Acting got better after first episode.
Anna actress is always fairly decent enough.
I have no issue with lesbian relationship? Not sure why its seen as a cliche.

Have you seen episode 3, @eatsleepread? (sorry not sure what you meant by on it). I thought Arwel looked less stupid/his actions made a lot more sense after that one. (It's tomorrow's ep so hopefully that's okay for this thread, haven't seen the rest.)

Wondering if I have shit taste because I've seen it get hammered but am really enjoying it?? Laura Fraser does do a lot of samey eye acting but I don't really care, I just like the whole soapy "we did something bad and we have to cover it up" element of it.

I'm still wondering what was going on when Arwel said to Max (the policeman husband - I think that's his name) that Jack never had friends but that they were very close. Or something like that? When we know Jack told Arwel not to come (and he listened). Also wondering if I'm overthinking and it simply meant 'my son was a prick but I loved him'.

I wondered this too. Arwel didn't say he did it, but he also didn't say he didn't. Which seems weird however you cut it. I'm still thinking he burned them to protect Jack not himself, but that leaves open what Jack meant when he said this is the least you owe me? (Or something like that.)
