Is back tomorrow on BBC 2 at 9.30PM. Really looking forward to its return and hope it’ll be better than series 5 which was my least favourite so far.

Awesome. Didn’t really enjoy the last season much to be honest - hopefully it will be better this time round!

I hear that Ted Hastings will be making an appearance too, fella (not sure whether this episode or another one)

Can't wait! I've started watching them all again, have to agree season 5 wasn't my favourite. Watched The Devil of Christmas and 12 Days of Christine last night, they're all so clever!

Did anyone see the trailer where you had to turn your phone upside down? Made me wonder with it being the 6th series if it meant it was going to be inside number 6 instead for a twist.

It did, thank you! Not sure how I missed that! Intriguing. I agree maybe it’ll be in a 6 house. 666 related? 6th series, 6th episode, 6 house. I don’t know, I starting trying not to second guess what was going to happen after about series 2 😂

I liked series 5 but each episode did need a couple of watchings .
I watched three today ( For Crying Out loud, Loves Great Adventure and Death Be Not Proud)

Not a fan of The Referees a Wa*er becaucause I don't understand football so the ending was lost but its worth ploughing through to see the look of desperate hurt longing on David Morrisey's face when the player says something about the Straight Red Card being the only straight thing about him.

Waiting patiently for next series

I found the Inside No 9 podcasts the other day and the one I've listened to was them talking about the referee episode which actually made interesting listening in terms of things they planned, things they didn't and why the story goes the way it does. Maybe give it a listen see if it changes how you feel about it?

I’ve only just seen Inside Number 9 is on tonight, was a nice surprise as I didn’t realise there was a new series.
This and Motherland tonight then, I’m all set!

Well that was.. interesting for a first episode. Not my favourite, but not my worst.. so make of that what you will

Not a great start for me but there are a few I haven’t liked before so fingers crossed the rest are better!

I liked it. It probably needs a second viewing I'm sure I missed things.
