I'm quite sad Jade's left. She actually had character development and a backstory that was worthwhile until this last episode. I started off really not liking her and wondering what the point of her was but she became a much more realistic character than a lot of the others. So obviously as she wasn't a totally flat character she has to leave while Charlie continues to stare to the side of people's heads.

Finally finished last weeks - worked our jade had left but wasn’t sure why as hadn’t read the thread totally

Like the new paramedic so far, they're prickly but clearly insecure and awkward, looking forward to seeing where their story goes

Absolutely.

And the way he was talking to Teddy and Jan as soon as he turned up for his first shift - cocky little sod was what I thought. You just wouldn’t turn up on your first day and behave like that with superior colleagues you’d never met before. Not that Teddy is particularly senior.

It’s all just very unrealistic (yes I know it’s TV) but I found it very odd that Jan would let the 15 year olds attend a shout straight away with another work experience guy - you think she’d want to at least spend a few shifts with him first to assess his abilities and skills etc.

The whole scene just really annoyed me

I much prefer the more older characters in the paramedic roles, Jan, Iain, Jeff, Dixie, Josh etc.

They’re just more believable.

I think I read that Sah goes by ‘they’ rather than he or she. Still - doesn’t make them any less annoying though. And yes - what was Jan thinking sending them out together? Honestly, if I was in a car crash or something and those two turned up, I’d think they’d nicked the ambulance for a joyride.

Re Sha, did I miss something re Theo knowing him? They way Theo was asking them (I assumed from the show they're they not him) about sorting our Jan and her wife, and a comment from Sha about if we're family or something then I hope you're not coming on to me or something like that.

Yes it was strange wasn't it I didn't see any talk to indicate they knew each other but they did seem familiar with each other very quickly as the same time Wierd
