I'm so looking forward to another dark drama.

My sister recommended this to me and I decided to give it a go yesterday- omg it was so good I watched all 5 episodes last night! Loved, loved, loved it!!!
Can't wait for episode 6 now!!!

starts slow.. but stick with it.. its jaw dropping twists and turns with leave you stunned.. 🌸

I just discovered The Sinner on Netflix. It's pretty dark, but very well done. Bill Pullman plays the lead detective; most of the rest of the cast change for each series (three in all at present).

I've also started watching Happy Valley. These types of threads are not only great for the show that's being discussed but for recommendation of others in the same genre (not exactly sure what to call it, maybe "psychological and sometimes grim police procedural.")

To return to Mare: Kate Winslett is unbelievably good! I had just watched her in the film "Ammonite" (highly recommended, btw) She does not take the easy parts, that's for sure!

Just watched the penultimate episode... brilliant 🎉

The only thing about this series I find dissatisfying is that it feels a bit rushed - I don’t know how they’re going to tie in everything next week for the final episode. I feel like this could have been a 12 episode series.
