Ok, I've started a new one in anticipation of Thread 3 filling up tonight, part way through the episode!

Same! I was really irked at the end of the last season that she pretty much got an easy way out and never ratted on Ryan!

Which photo? The end cliff hanger photo? That one has to be a relative due to the partial DNA match with Jo's DNA.

In respect of who blabbed info which got Lakewell ambushed and later killed, I wasn't clear if they already had the witness protection paperwork signed off or not. Initially I thought they did, but at some point later (can't remember exactly when, poss in the interview) Lakewell said something along the lines off 'enough info to get witness protection agreed'.

The reason I'm asking is trying to work out who would have known he was wing removed from the prison 1) AC12 2) Prison staff 3) more senior person(s) who had to sign something off?

I hope so - that little shit Ryan is spoiling my enjoyment. I have such a dislike of caricature die hard style baddies.

On BBC Sounds search for 'Obsessed with' and you should be able to find it.

If you have Spotify, you can find Shrine of Duty on there as well as other places.

I don't think the two people in the picture are the same generation, for want of a better word, so I wouldn't have though probably girlfriend. Also because of the hair style I think were supposed to think it's old. So Jo is the younger person with someone older.

I think the photo Jo smashed was of the police lady who keeps trying to sack Ted and that's the family link.

Possibly too obvious that Rohan Sindwhani is the 'fourth man' but it really stood out to me in the episode and again when they showed the flashback last night, the scene when he says to Ted quite vehemently, "We want to work WITH you, Superintendent, not against you."

Is he speaking as the PCC on behalf of the police or H on behalf of the OCG??

He's content to keep Ted happy by letting him rout out the more low-level dispensible members of the OCG but can't obviously let him disrupt the clandestine network he has going on...

As for 'race' not sure what that meant but we did predict that 'Jonesy' would die because that's what happens to the Asian women.

Also don't think Buckles is being blackmailed by the OCG.. I think he's just lazy, incompetent and a bit thick.. And a 'decision dodger' as Ted says - delays the raid on Carl Banks' flat because he doesn't want to make the decision in case it comes back to bite him, so wants to defer upwards.

Oh and corrupt, but 'only' in the sense of sending inappropriate messages to suspects.. (which would get him sacked but not arrested).

Were there many BAME women killed in earlier series? Off the top of my head I can only think of Lisa Patel and Ruby Jones in this series, and Maneet in the last series, but I tend to block out most of the deaths because I’m very squeamish.

It doesn’t make sense that Ryan is so powerful, yes he was recruited a few years ago but he’d still be pretty junior in the ocg despite his willingness for violence. Why has he risen through the ranks so much ?

Do we know who his dad is? Maybe his dad is H!
