I know could they not have cobbled together a few younger ones for her 🤣 Mind you Ashley,s stag do wasn't much better!

I really can't bring myself to like Les.

All he seems to do is become loud and aggressive. He seems to thrive on confrontation.

Whenever he appears on screen, I hit the mute button, because I know that, sooner or later, he's going to get shouty and obnoxious, and I can't be doing with it.

I have the subtitles on, so that I don't miss what he's saying - but at least I don't have to listen to him saying it!

I love a bit of Terry Duckworth, evil villain. I know i shouldn't.

Oh god I love Terry, he was absolutely unapologetically vile. I just get angry with Vera constantly making out he’s Jesus. Especially when jack was so poorly and didn’t want him anywhere near.

Vera reminds me of my lovely Auntie Michelle!

She was blonde and a bit dotty - just like Vera.

I do actually remember getting into her car with her (quite a posh one) and commenting on all the buttons on the dashboard.

Just like Judy, I asked if she knew what they all did, and just like Vera, she actually said, "I don't know, luv, but they look nice all lit up at night."

That was a really surreal moment when I was watching that scene! As if whoever wrote those lines had been in that car with us!

Poor Jack, it must be horrible having to accept that their terry is bad.

Poor Judy....Kens CPR attempt was woeful, I know its changed since the 90's but he would never have revived anyone with that pathetic attempt.

I found that so much sadder than I did the first time around Gary sobbing on Jim’s shoulder; Natalie not being able to tell Gary… I blubbed.

Although I did get slightly distracted by wondering just how long Ashley and Maxeeeem were at the airport!

The difference is we care about the classic characters. The modern day ones can be torched by Hope, go to Thailand, be forced into money laundering and we don't care.
I quite like horrible Debbie, slightly tragic Jenny, poor murdered Natasha. The returned oldies, even evil Jenny, seem better than recent people.

I wonder if Bruce Jones was ill when these episodes were filmed. Les is quite matey with Gary - it seems odd that he wasn’t at the funeral and hasn’t even been to see Gary. We’re also not actually seeing Toyah and Spider trying to avoid him.

I think a few of them may have holiday leave ,we didn't see Roy at the wedding ,yet Hayley was there ,and where's Kevin at the moment ?
