Rafa plays Alcaraz tomorrow on his 18th birthday - not sure if that’s a good 18th birthday present or not - I suppose it depends on the result!

Benoit Paire has won the first set against basilashvili but I suppose anything can happen with Benoit - his beard seems to have taken on a life of its own - it’s huge

I read about Alcaraz, and did think it was a strange thing to want for your birthday- although- if he wins of course...

Can't watch at the moment- I hope Paire is behaving!

I've just managed to switch onto the Paire match- are the Beardy bunch making all that noise?

Paire's beard makes me think of the blokes, (before they are given a wash) in '7 Brides for 7 Brothers' .

I am not sure Foggy is going to pull off another win today against Berrettini, though. Matteo will be serving for the match next.

RBA in a abit of a battle with Chickenato. He was pretty much sailing through- then it got to a 3rd set- and Chicken broke his serve when he was serving for the match. So, it's now 5-5, but RBA about to go 6-5.

It's a lot quieter in this match- Paire's fans are a rowdy lot (and aren't much into social distancing).

We have just had a massive hail storm.

I feel so sorry for ds. He has gone out tonight with some mates from work (which is a big deal, as he has never done this really) and it is awful weather - to go into town and have a pint outside in tent .
