I can't imagine anyone doing what Mike did and just coming home with one meal and not either bringing extra of his or phoning to ask (unless she had said 100% only this place and no other)

I think he is the vegan so she could eat stuff from his place (and not the other way round)

So a weird argument as no one could be that stupid as to just not being good beck for the other without sone good, not shown to us, reason.

I reckon Jess will say she came into nic to throw the girls off the Dan thing. As he is now gone (and cyrell)

I’d be pissed of if DH didn’t phone to say plan A off, what’s plan B? Any normal person would. He’s not ready for a relationship, not able to think of anyone but himself unless he’s kissing them or sleeping with them. Yes Heidi is full on, but he’s not being pulled up at all by the experts. Leave your towels on the floor once, realise it’s selfish, don’t do it again. Was he continuing to do it after that? Sounds like a selfish teenager. He needs to grow up. Heidi wants and needs more.

Why didn't Mike just say sorry I used up all the towels and why didn't the experts mention that?
And did he bring back vegan takeaway for both of them because hers was closed or was it just him? Because if it was just him, what was she supposed to eat?

Heidi is a bit of a mare.

But.

Mike is only out for himself and little mike. And belly of Mike by the looks of it.

If Heidi wasn’t any good to him dans le sack, he’d have been offski. Following after little mike.

I was so angry on Heidi's behalf that Mike brought her nothing to eat, and the towels thing too. Mike has no hair, he only needs 1 towel to dry himself surely. It makes my blood boil that the experts never pull him up on any bad behaviour.

Yes I know I'm over invested in this show, it's my life and seems to have replaced actual people, me and DH were discussing all the contestants the other day like we used to talk about our actual friends pre-covid

Yes, I agree with this. Mike's being let off his gaslighting of Heidi and microaggressions that he hides behind his "nice guy" persona.

Mikes Dad spoke more sense and gave actually real advice and help than any of the so called experts the whole bloody series.

It's all so staged now thought that it's getting stupid.

Jess is just there for camera time, she's telling Dan what he wants to hear and he's that stupid he's falling for it, we barely heard a word out of Micks family, why can't he just walk away, in the last series Matt walked half way through one of the apartment stays early on and it was allowed.

Marthas mother would get on great with Dans mother and again we never heard a peep out of Michaels parents.

I like Jules and Cam and I really hope they do make it but I'd be worried it's all happening so fast, they are in a little cocoon at the moment but once the experiment is over real life will kick in and that will be completely different.

Do you think they all get regular sessions with the experts?
I know we have seen an odd one shown when a couple in real crisis but I do think a lot of the worries/issues etc would be helped if they had that support there say weekly.
Rather than just the advice chucked at them on the sofa.

Telling Mike to ask Heidi what she's scared of is a get out of jail card for him to continue doing annoying things. If I was her I would say I'm scared I will kill you if you use all the towels and leave them on the floor again.

@ellenanora5 Also, that really boring (and possibly alcoholic) plumber walked when he didn't think he was good enough for his wife. Can't remember either of their names but she was a really lovely blonde woman, who'd lost a lot of weight. If that rings any bells?

I remember that plumber bloke (was he a Matt/Matthew?) he was all over his wife at the wedding then went weird and cold and eventually scuttled off the show saying they wouldn't work as she was too good for him

Also remember the other woman (Debbie?) who was fully expecting a Polynesian man and nothing else would do.

Watching the ixperts is like watching teachers fawning over their favourite pet students, it's so bloody obvious.

My DH, unprompted, has commented on the misogyny.

Mike is selfish, thoughtless, inconsiderate and self-absorbed. And these are the reasons why such a nice guy is still single at the age of 44.

It is always the women who have to change their behaviour.

Dan is unattractive and thick as mince. Does he use a special brand of Lynx or something? What is his appeal?

Mike’s dad was just lovely! I agree with a pp, he’s much better than the so called ixperts. Especially Pob. Mike is no angel to say the least but Heidi clearly has issues.

Dan the man. Why is he dressing in his little brothers clothes? They are all too small, too tight and looks ridiculous with that cap on backwards. And don’t call your son your lil fella. It sounds like you’re talking about your penis.
