Even airing your dirty laundry like that in front of his parents . ..who does that?!confused. She was loving it I imagine they're told they have to talk about it.

I know we don't see everything that goes on, but I have a feeling that Mike gaslights Heidi. I think she's within her rights to be annoyed that someone uses all the towels. And, so her takeaway wasn't open. They have phones. He could have called her. I presume he knows what she likes to eat. To just turn up without food when they'd planned to eat is pretty selfish. And he never seems to reflect at all on his behaviour or words but rather it's always Heidi's fault for "yelling" or being "moody" and it's Heidi who needs to change to make the relationship work. It's okay to be pissed off with your partner. It's not okay to split up every time there's an argument.

And Dan. What is with that back to front cap? He looks ridiculous.

I loved it when Jess’s brother said something like, ‘ well yeah, I did get a bit drunk’ and then the dad said, ‘ and I was really nervous.’ Mick would have been fine with those guys in the pub. It’s just the machismo bravado that’s my angel shit that gets in the way.

I’m all for Mick. You get what you see. The exact opposite of certain others on the ixperiment.

From Jules and Cam’s vomit inducing hysteria, to the close up of Jess shoving her tongue in Dan’s mouth, to the gazillion bloody times Martha looked at herself in the mirror.. I hated that whole episode.

The only highlight for me, was Bob, Mikes Father. Just wow. I’d love to have him as a father or father in law! May have got something in my eye whilst watching that part

The only time Martha impressed me was piping up for Jess. Bit of (misplaced) loyalty for once!

I laughed out loud at Cam's little breakdown. Cried like a little baby, at WHAT?! How Jules kept a straight face I'll never know

Me and DH looked at each other like when Cam and Jules started crying, what was that all about! Cam broke down like a child who'd dropped his ice cream, I thought he messing about at first. Then Jules mothered him like a baby, it was toe curlingly cringe. Nothing that happened with the other couples remotely concerned or affected them.

Mike's dad was great. I feel like Heidi has some family issues (I can't remember her back story) but I think it's made her very very insecure.
To be fair though if I was sitting waiting for my DH to come home with a takeaway and he walked in with only one for himself then I would have gone mad too.
He's lacks an astounding amount of self awareness, which is a shame as his dad seems very wise.

Cam crying did make me laugh which is very wrong of me as I would never laugh at a woman crying. Mikes parents do seem like nice, reasonable people.

In fact, Mike's dad should be an 'ixpert' on the next series. He'd do a better job than the ones they've got!!

I know, how wonderful was Mike’s dad. I think he is well aware of his son’s faults as well. He would be the best FIL.
I would not have reacted well to Mike returning home with his meal and none for me. Also don’t get me started on using all the towels.
